Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung eines .neuen     Anthrapyridins.       Degenstand des     vorliegenden    Patentes ist  ein     Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen       Ant-lirapyridins,    welches darin besteht,

   dass  man 1     lIol        1-Aniino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-          sulfonsäure    bei erhöhter Temperatur unter  sauren     Bedingungen    mit 1     '11o1        Acetylessig-          säureäthylester        umsetzt.       Das neue     Anthrapyridin    soll als Zwischen  produkt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen  Verwendung finden.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



       .Beispiel:     19 Teile     1-Amino    - 4 -     bromantlirachinon-2-          sulfonsäure    und 100 Teile     Aeetylessigsäure-          ä.thylester    werden unter Rühren auf 125  er  liitzt. Leichtflüchtige Reaktionsprodukte wer  den durch einen schwachen Luftstrom aus  dem Reaktionsgefäss verdrängt. Die Tempera  tur der Masse wird so lange bei 125  gehal  ten, bis eine in reine Schwefelsäure gezo  gene Probe auf Zusatz von     Paraformalde-          hyd    nicht mehr nach blau umschlägt. Hier  auf versetzt man die Masse bei 7'5  mit<B>150</B> Tei  len Benzol, lässt sie erkalten und saugt den  entstandenen Niederschlag ab.

   Man wäscht  ihn mit Benzol und trocknet ihn. Er wird in  500 Teilen Wasser unter Rühren aufgenom  men, die Aufschlämmung mit 3 'Teilen     Na-          triumcarbonat    und 10 'Teilen Entfärbungs-    kohle versetzt und die nunmehr entstandene  Lösung zum Sieden erhitzt.. Man filtriert die  Lösung und versetzt das Filtrat mit. 120 Tei  len     Natriumchlorid.    Der ausgefallene Nieder  schlag wird heiss     abgesaugt,    mit 500 Teilen       15o/oiger        Nat-riumehloridlösung    gewaschen und  getrocknet. Man erhält ein gelb bis     rötlich     gefärbtes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit  blass oranger Farbe löst..

   Die     Lösung    in reiner  Schwefelsäure ist zitronengelb.



  Process for the production of a new anthrapyridine. The subject of the present patent is a process for the production of a new ant-lirapyridine, which consists in

   that 1 lol of 1-aniino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid is reacted at elevated temperature under acidic conditions with 1 '11o1 ethyl acetylacetate. The new anthrapyridine is to be used as an intermediate in the manufacture of dyes.



  In the following example, the parts are parts by weight.



       Example: 19 parts of 1-amino-4-bromantlirachinone-2-sulfonic acid and 100 parts of ethyl acetate are heated to 125 with stirring. Highly volatile reaction products are displaced from the reaction vessel by a weak stream of air. The temperature of the mass is kept at 125 until a sample drawn in pure sulfuric acid no longer turns blue due to the addition of paraformaldehyde. Here on the mass is mixed with <B> 150 </B> parts of benzene at 7'5, allowed to cool and the precipitate formed is suctioned off.

   You wash it with benzene and dry it. It is taken up in 500 parts of water with stirring, 3 parts of sodium carbonate and 10 parts of decolorizing charcoal are added to the slurry and the resulting solution is heated to boiling. The solution is filtered and the filtrate is added. 120 parts of sodium chloride. The precipitate which has separated out is filtered off with suction while hot, washed with 500 parts of 15% sodium chloride solution and dried. A yellow to reddish colored powder is obtained which dissolves in water with a pale orange color.

   The solution in pure sulfuric acid is lemon yellow.

PATENT'ANSPRUCI = I Process for the preparation of a new anthrapyridine, characterized in that 1 mol of 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid is reacted with 1 mol of acetyl acetic acid ethyl ester at elevated temperature under acidic conditions. The new anthrapyridine is. a yellow to reddish colored powder that dissolves in water with a pale orange color. The solution in pure sulfuric acid is lemon yellow.
