Fig. 8).

Component for building walls without formwork. When making masonry, a wooden formwork to hold the concrete must be created before the concrete work is started. The resulting concrete construction is used in the brick as the basis for further building with Baekstones, with a mortar being used as a binding agent. A plaster is then applied to cover the Siclxt. Surfaces.
When carrying out this construction work, the transport in and out is necessary. the formwork materials as well as the increased expenditure of time for the creation of the Sehalungen, also the use of Hörte], then also a multi-layered plastering of the Sielitfläehen an increased construction cost.
The subject matter of the present invention is a component for the sehalungsless manufacture of -lauern, z.
B. in and above the earth, which is manufactured according to the invention as a pressed Be clay body. and has triangular grooves pressed into at least one corner surface along the edges, which are intended to accommodate strips which prevent the elements in the masonry from shifting to the side and act as funnel-alidielituiig.
In the case of a construction element designed as a hollow body, individual compartments can be filled with concrete and then designed as vertical supports.
Special elements are used for the installation of door and window openings as well as their concrete concreting, as well as for the production of corner connections. The drawing shows various exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment <RTI

Fig.1.7 shows the application in plan view of a number of elements of Fig.1.5, forming an armored lintel. The component according to FIG. 1 is a self-contained, pressed hollow concrete body, on the narrow sides (butt joints) of which a conical groove 1 is embedded, which serves to take on the connecting wedge of FIG.
Its cavity is divided into two equally sized rooms 3 by a partition. Are there continuous triangular grooves on the edge surfaces on the long sides? pressed in, which serve to accommodate a fir wood strip, which prevent the elements from shifting to the side and act as a joint seal (see Fig. 8).
Fig. 5 shows a contiguous row of structural elements, connected by the 14olzkeil.der Fig. 9 in the grooves 1. while the triangular grooves on the. Ranclo surface with? are designated. The purpose of the connec tion wooden wedge of Fig. 9 is also to seal the joint surfaces between the elements. The cavities 3 in Fi .. 'are used if necessary to accommodate a verti cal. Concrete reinforcement that can be poured repeatedly at certain intervals.
These vertical concrete supports. are connected in the closing element (Fig. 6) with the horizontal rim reinforcement 3 (Fig. 8) located therein, so that an invisible concrete beam skeleton is created. The installation of this concrete reinforcement increases the load-bearing capacity of the masonry. These reinforcements are repeated on every floor. The hollow corner element according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is used to form corner connections.
The same is divided by partitions into four cavities 3, 4 and is turned over with each new edition, that is, the short part comes to lie over the long part of the lower element; this results in a shift in the butt joints. Conical grooves 1 are also let into the narrow sides to accommodate the connecting wedge, and the triangular grooves 2 are also pressed into the edge surfaces. The Faeh 4 is used to hold a vertical concrete reinforcement,
which is connected in the rim reinforcement (Fig. 8) and is used in any case.
If exceptionally strong foundations are required for a building, then Amt- love t # aelic # can be filled with concrete c, @@ 'or two rows of elements can be built next to each other, ",
o (-leave a doubly strong foundation disfigured. In both cases there is no need for wooden panels or any lengthy preparatory work. 1'ni wall thicknesses with different lil) are easy to maintain, the elements are produced in the usual circumferential thicknesses. The final element (Fig. 6)
is placed on the elements, in each case with the achievement of the # -; tockwex-kliöl) e. To get the connection with the vertical caps, the corresponding parts are broken out,
what clni-eli grooves and l.öelier 1 is explained. The g-borrowing requirements also apply (li for the Enizu ±:
of beams and girders for the ceiling structures. For the installation of door and window openings, specially designed hoble elements with frame attachments 4 on one narrow side, while the other side has a vertical conical groove to accommodate the connecting wooden wedge, see FIGS. 10 and 11.
The smaller cavity of two cavities is used to accommodate vertical concrete reinforcement as a post reinforcement. The lintel element is the element according to Fig. 1.5. It is on the lower side with the Palinienanehlag 4 and discharged above.
Edges with the 'triangular grooves? and can then be connected to the post elements, the cavities 3 with lateral seat strands 1. serving to accommodate a concrete reinforcement, as can be seen from FIG. Naeli completion of the concrete work can be continued immediately. The building elements have small joints on all surfaces and smooth walls inside and out, which simplifies plastering work.
For foundations without qielit surfaces, there is no need to plaster. to learn. In this case it is sufficient to sew out the joints in order to then provide the whole area with a bituminous Seli @ vax-zanstrieh. The worker on the construction site no longer has to watch. the '# ",' elinurrielititna @, because the one pressed groove 2 with the insert strip regulates the line direction.
The cavities created in the 3lauerwerk form a large, steady air insulation, which has a beneficial effect as heat and switching insulation.
As a building material for the production of the compo Mentes a mixed with a binder, he hardening material is provided, for. For example, a cement-sand mixture is to be used, possibly with the addition of an aggregate such as broken brick red, lacquer, pumice stone and the like. The production takes place in molds on a vibration blow molding press, in one size. which allows a worker to move on the construction site without the aid of mechanical lifting equipment.
The component offers. abundant combination possibilities and can also be used for expansion of existing buildings.
