Bouton métallique garni de tissu. Dans les boutons recouverts de tissu les plus courants, de forme bombée, demi-bombée, cuvette ou toute autre, le tissu est retenu par un cercle serti sur les bords de deux pièces circulaires dont l'une supérieure soutient le tissu, tandis que l'autre inférieure, renflée au centre, formant fond, sert à assurer la fixa tion du bouton par couture ou tout autre moyen.
La fixation du cercle de retenue à l'aide des sertisseuses habituelles n'assure pas à ce bouton une grande solidité et il arrive fré quemment que l'assemblage dit bouton ne tienne pas et libère la pièce circulaire supé rieure qui se détache, ainsi que le tissu la recouvrant., laissant seulement le fond retenu sur le vêtement, ce qui produit un effet très disgracieux et nécessite le changement du bouton. Outre que le remplacement du bouton est souvent malaisé par suite de manque de tissu, sa présentation est ordinaire.
La présente invention a pour but de remé dier à ces inconvénients, et le bouton qui en fait l'objet est caractérisé en ce qu'il est cons titué par une pièce circulaire sur laquelle est tendu le tissu qui est pincé par un fond intro duit dans ladite pièce, le tout étant assemblé par un anneau métallique à rebord inférieur et denture supérieure rabattue sur le pour tour de la pièce circulaire, le fond présentant un renflement perforé latéralement pour per mettre la fixation du bouton. Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, deux formes d'exécution du bouton, objet de l'invention.

Le bouton illustré aux fig. 1 à 4 est formé d'une pièce circulaire supérieure 1 de profil bombé (fig. 1). Une pièce circulaire inférieure 2 (fig. 2) formant fond est pourvue d'un ren flement central externe 3, perforé transver salement, destiné à permettre la fixation par couture ou par tout. autre moyen du bouton sur un vêtement.
Du tissu 6 tendu sur la pièce bombée 1 est pincé entre le pourtour de la pièce inférieure ou fond 2 et le rebord de la pièce supérieure 1, ainsi que le montre la fig. 4. Le tout est assemblé par un anneau métallique 4 â, rebord inférieur et denture supérieure 5, serti sur l'ensemble.
L'anneau 4, par son rebord inférieur appli qué contre la face externe de la pièce infé rieure ou fond 2, recouvre complètement ou partiellement le cercle de raccordement entre la pièce circulaire et le fond, visible dans les anciens boutons. Son bord supérieur dentelé 5 est rabattu sur le tissu tout au long du pour tour de la pièce circulaire 1.
L'anneau 4- est. préférablement. doré, argenté ou teinté en toute couleur assortie au tissu.
Le bouton représenté aux fig. 6, 7 et S comporte une pièce circulaire supérieure 8 in curvée et ajourée au centre, ainsi qu'une pièce inférieure ou fond 10, similaire à celle 2 du bouton précédent.
Après interposition d'un disque 9 de car ton ou autre matière entre les deux pièces 8 et 10, le tissu<B>7</B> est pincé de la façon précé- deinnient décrite et un anneau 11 visible en fig. 8 complète par sertissage l'assemblage et. décore par sa, denture supérieure le tissu sur lequel il est. appliqué.

The button shown in fig. 1 to 4 is formed of an upper circular part 1 of convex profile (Fig. 1). A lower circular part 2 (Fig. 2) forming the bottom is provided with an external central bulge 3, perforated transversely, intended to allow fixing by stitching or by any. another way of the button on a garment.
Fabric 6 stretched over the convex part 1 is clamped between the periphery of the lower part or bottom 2 and the edge of the upper part 1, as shown in FIG. 4. The whole is assembled by a metal ring 4 a, lower rim and upper teeth 5, crimped onto the whole.
The ring 4, by its lower edge applied against the outer face of the lower part or bottom 2, completely or partially covers the connecting circle between the circular part and the bottom, visible in the old buttons. Its serrated upper edge 5 is folded over the fabric all the way around the circular piece 1.
