Description

  

  Dispositif pour mesurer de petits angles par rapport à l'horizontale.    Un connaît déjà des dispositifs pour me  surer de petits angles par rapport à l'hori  zontale comprenant un niveau à bulle et une  vis micrométrique, et dans lesquels on effec  tue les     mesures    en ramenant la bulle du ni  veau à zéro.  



  La présente invention a pour but de per  fectionner ces dispositifs connus par l'adjonc  tion d'un mécanisme amplificateur. Elle a  pour objet un dispositif pour mesurer de  petits angles par rapport à l'horizontale, ca  ractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un niveau à  bulle monté pivotant autour d'un axe hori  zontal sur une plaque de base, une vis micro  métrique faisant pivoter le niveau à bulle et  un mécanisme amplifiant les variations angu  laires de ladite vis et. indiquant les variations       angulaires    du niveau.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de la présente invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une coupe axiale du dispo  sitif complet; la     fig.    2 est une vue partielle  de l'extérieur et la     fig.    3 représente un     com-          parateur    au     1/100o    tel qu'on les trouve clans  le commerce.  



       Au    dessin, 6 représente la base du dispo  sitif qui est. percée d'un côté dans le sens de  la largeur pour recevoir l'axe 4     autour    du  quel pivote le carter 1, dans lequel est, vissée  la vis à bout sphérique 2 qui maintient par  sa pression tout le dispositif du niveau à bulle  contre la bille 3, et, permet, les oscillations du  système.    Le support 8 ajusté dans le carter à une  extrémité sert de double base et crée un pre  mier réglage lorsque l'on agit avec la vis 21.  



  La fiole 7 est enfermée dans le tube 9  dont. les extrémités sont ajustées sur les pièces  5 et 11, cet ensemble constitue le     niveau    à  bulle qui est fixé par des vis sur la plaque  17; l'entretoise 10 sépare le     eomparateur,          fig.    3, représenté schématiquement sur la       fig.    1 par le carter et l'axe à crémaillère 13  qui est actionné par des rouages normaux,  non représentés sur le dessin; ils sont utilisés  couramment dans la construction des     compa-          rateurs;    cet instrument, de mesure est fixé  par son carter avec des vis dans l'alignement  du niveau à bulle.  



  L'équerre 15 est montée dans     l'ouverture     de la plaque 17 et oscille librement; elle est  maintenue en permanence contre la pointe du       comparateur    par le ressort 12 qui est logé  dans la vis de réglage 14,     elle-même        vissée          dans,ladite    équerre, et permet la mise à zéro  du comparateur.  



  Le mouvement final de grande précision  est obtenu par démultiplication. de la vis  micrométrique 19 qui est guidée dans le car  ter 1 et le support 8. La pièce 16, dans la  quelle est vissée ladite vis micrométrique, a.  ses côtés latéraux ajustés dans la plaque 17,  mais dispose d'un certain jeu dans le sens  longitudinal. Cette démultiplication s'obtient  en tournant le bouton gradué 22, représenté  sur la     fig.    2, et fixé en bout de la vis sans  fin 18, qui engrène avec la roue hélicoïdale 20,      elle-même montée sur ladite vis micromé  trique.

  The bracket 15 is mounted in the opening of the plate 17 and oscillates freely; it is held permanently against the tip of the comparator by the spring 12 which is housed in the adjusting screw 14, itself screwed into said square, and enables the comparator to be reset.



  The final movement of great precision is obtained by reduction. of the micrometric screw 19 which is guided in the housing 1 and the support 8. The part 16, in which the said micrometric screw is screwed, a. its lateral sides fitted in the plate 17, but has a certain play in the longitudinal direction. This reduction is obtained by turning the graduated knob 22, shown in FIG. 2, and fixed at the end of the worm 18, which meshes with the helical wheel 20, itself mounted on said micrometric screw.
