Description
Verfahren zur HerstellunLy eines chemotherapeutisch wirksamen Salzes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines therapeu tisch wirksamen Salzes, das dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man Benzal.dehydthiosemi- earbazon-4-acrylsäure mit 4-Aminomethyl- lienzolsulfonamid umsetzt.
Die Herstellung kann so erfolgen, dass man die Komponenten in einem geeigneten Lö sungsmittel miteinander umsetzt oder dass man lösliche Salze der sauren Komponente, wie ein Alkali-'oder Ammoniumsalz, mit lös lichen Salzen der basischen Komponente, bei spielsweise deren Hydrochlorid, Nitrat oder lletliansulfonat, in Wasser, verdünntem Alko hol oder einem andern geeigneten Lösungsmit tel, reagieren lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine Lösung von 125 g Benzaldehydthio- semicarbazon-4-acrylsäure in 1 Liter Wasser und 55 g Diäthanolamin wird bei 70 mit einer Lösung von<B>111,5</B> g salzsaurem 4-Amino- metliyl.-benzolsulfonsäureamid in 500 ein?, Wasser versetzt. Beim Abkühlen kristallisiert das Salz aus, das nach Absaugen aus viel Wasser umkristallisiert wird und in Form hellgelber Kristalle anfällt, die oberhalb 260 verkohlen.
