  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobaltbaltigen        Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farb  stoffes, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass  man die     Diazoverbindung    aus 1.

       11o1        4-Nitro-          2-amino-l-oxybenzol-6-sulfonsäure    mit 1     Mol       1-     Amino    - 8 -     oxy    -     naphthalin-3,6-disulfonsäure     kuppelt, den erhaltenen     Aminoazofarbstoff        di-          azotiert,    mit 1     hlol        2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure    zum     Disazofarbstoff    der Zusammen  setzung

    vereinigt und diesen mit Kobalt abgebenden  Mitteln behandelt.

  <I>Beispiel:</I>  23,4 Teile     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-oxybenzol-6-          sulfonsäure    werden wie üblich     diazotiert    und  mit einer eiskalten, stark     sodaalkalischen    Lö  sung von 31,9 Teilen     1-Amino-8-oxy-naphtha-          lin-3,6-disulfonsäure    vereinigt. Nach beende  ter Kupplung wird der     Aminoazofarbstoff          ausgesalzen,        abfiltriert    und wieder in Wasser  gelöst.

   Zur     @Veiterdiazotierung    wird diese Lö  sung mit 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    versetzt  und     langsam    in eine Mischung von verdünn  ter Salzsäure und Eis eingegossen. Schliesslich  wird in     sodaalkalischer    Lösung mit 22,4 Tei  len     2-Oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure    gekuppelt.

      Zur     Überführung    in den     Kobaltkomplex     wird der     Disazofarbstoff    in einer 30 Teile       Kobaltsulfat    enthaltenden     wässrigen    Lösung  in Gegenwart von     Natriumacetat    mehrere  Stunden auf 90 bis 95  C     erwärmt.    Hernach  wird der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff auf  bekannte Weise abgetrennt. Er färbt Leder in  grauen Tönen von ausgezeichneter Lichtecht  heit.
