Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Anschliessen von Gummischläuchen.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Vorrichtung zum Anschliessen von       Gummischläuehen.     



  Allgemein werden jetzt auf Bauplätzen, in  Werkstätten usw. Gummischläuche für Druck  luft beim Ansetzen an     Kupplungsmuffen    mit  Draht. umwickelt oder mit     Briden    und Schrau  ben befestigt. Diese Kupplungsarbeit ist zeit  raubend und umständlich. Zudem wirken die  vorstehenden Schrauben der     Briden    der     zu-          sammengekuppelten    Schläuche hindernd bei  der Arbeit, indem sie leicht hängenbleiben.  



  Die Erfindung vermeidet diese Nachteile.  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei  beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes dargestellt.  



       Fig.1    stellt eine Vorrichtung zum Verbin  den von Gummischläuchen im Längsschnitt  dar.  



       Fig.2    zeigt eine Vorrichtung zum An  schliessen von     Gummisehläuehen    mit einer       Sehraubenmuffe    im Längsschnitt.  



       Fig.    3 ist eine Stirnansicht der     Fig.    2.  Das Kupplungsrohr 1 gemäss     Fig.1    be  steht     zweekmässig    aus Eisen. Es hat an seinen  beiden Enden     konisehe    Verdickungen 2 und  3, welche die     Abdiehtung    der     darübergescho-          benen        CTummischläuche    4 und 5 sichern und  ein Abgleiten derselben vom Kupplungsrohr  erschweren. Hinter den Verdickungen ist je  eine Büchse 6 und 7 zum Beispiel durch Auf  löten am Rohr 1 befestigt. Nach der Mitte hin  sind diese Büchsen eingeschnitten und bilden  auswärts gebogene scharfe Zacken B.

      Wenn das Kupplungsrohr 1 in den ;  Schlauch 4 gesteckt wird, dringen die Zacken  8 in die Innenwand des Gummischlauches und  verhindern das Abgleiten des     Gummischlau-          ehes    vom Kupplungsrohr. Es lässt sich so sehr  rasch z. B. ein undicht gewordener Gummi-,  Sehlauch an der defekten Stelle entzwei  schneiden und die beiden Schlauchenden in  das Kupplungsrohr einstecken, wobei diese  Schlauchenden bei Unterdrucksetzung des  Gummischlauches automatisch gegen das Ab-,  gleiten gesichert sind.  



  Das Kupplungsrohr 1 kann auch zwei En  den verschiedener Durchmesser haben, so dass  an einem Schlauch von grösserem Durchmes  ser ein Schlauch von kleinerem Durchmesser  angesetzt werden kann. Das Kupplungsrohr 1  kann auch mit. Abzweigungen versehen sein,  so dass an einem     Gummischlauch    zwei und  mehr Gummischläuche angesetzt werden kön  nen.  



  Das in den     Fig.    2 und 3 dargestellte Kupp  lungsrohr 9 hat am einen Ende einen Bund  und einen Konus 10. Über diesen Bund ist  die Kupplungsmuffe 11 mit Innengewinde  und den zwei Griffen 12 auf das Kupplungs  rohr 9 geschoben. Der konische Teil 10 des  Rohres dient zum dichten Ansetzen an ein an  deres Rohr. Am andern Ende hat das Kupp  lungsrohr 9 die konische Verdickung 13, und  hinter dieser ist die Büchse 14 auf dem Rohr 9  befestigt. In der Büchse 14 sind Zacken 15  ausgeschnitten und auswärts gebogen. Diese  dringen in die Wandung des auf das Rohr 9      gesteckten Gummischlauches 16 und verhin  dern ein Abgleiten.        Fig. 3 is an end view of Fig. 2. The coupling tube 1 according to Fig.1 be available two times made of iron.   The coupling tube 9 shown in Figs. 2 and 3 has a collar and a cone 10 at one end. The coupling sleeve 11 with internal thread and the two handles 12 is pushed onto the coupling tube 9 via this collar. The conical part 10 of the tube is used to attach a seal to another tube. At the other end, the coupling tube 9 has the conical thickening 13, and behind this the sleeve 14 is attached to the tube 9. In the sleeve 14 prongs 15 are cut out and bent outwards. These penetrate into the wall of the rubber hose 16 fitted onto the tube 9 and prevent slipping. A rubber hose can quickly be attached tightly and permanently.
