Nach der Erfindung ist die Aufgabe, ein Stahl- oder Eisenprofil an einem Betonkörper zu befestigen, durch einen Betonkörper gelöst, in welchem ein aus Kunststoff bestehender, eine eingesetzte Hakenschraube enthaltender Hohlkörper eingebettet ist, welcher folgende Merkmale aufweist: einen schachtartigen Teil;
Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Teilquerschnitt einer Beton schwelle mit einem eingelassenen Hohlkörper und einer in dem Hohlkörper liegenden Hakenschraube; Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Hohl körper senkrecht zu dessen Achse nach Linie C-C in der Figur 1; Fig. 3 einen Teillängsschnitt der Beton schwelle nach Linie B-B in der Fig. 2; Fig. 4 die Draufsicht auf eine in eine Aussparung der Betonschwelle einzulegende Platte; Fig. 5 einen Hohlkörper;
Concrete body with a device for fastening steel and iron profiles to the concrete body. The invention relates to a concrete body with. a device for fastening steel and iron profiles to the same. In the present case, the term concrete body also includes, for example, all types of concrete swell and steel and iron profiles also include railroad tracks.
Until now. it is customary to fasten railroad tracks on concrete sleepers in such a way that wood screws are screwed into wooden, cast-in dowels, which hold the rails on the concrete sleeper with the help of a clamping plate. As the wooden dowels are subject to natural wear and tear, they have to be replaced from time to time.
The task of the present invention is to fix round, steel and iron profiles on a concrete body with means that are not subject to excessive wear and tear, and are also designed so that the connection of concrete body and iron or steel profile can be released and re-established any number of times without having to replace any part of the connection.
According to the invention, the object of fastening a steel or iron profile to a concrete body is achieved by a concrete body in which a hollow body made of plastic and containing an inserted hook screw is embedded, which has the following features: a shaft-like part;
whose clear cross-section is designed so that the flattened head of the hook screw can be guided through it to the lower end of the hollow body, an offset to this part by 90, extending from the lower end of the hollow body further shaft-like part, which the same Cross section, but at most half the height of the first-mentioned shaft-like part, has a chamber connecting these two parts in which the hook of the hook screw can be guided from one shaft-like part into the other.
The construction of the concrete body can be such that in order to attach a steel or iron profile to it, the hook screw with its hook to lead to the bottom of the hollow body, then hen to turn 90 and lift something up again. By means of the screw nut of the hook screw, a clamping plate can then be pressed firmly onto the foot of the steel or iron profile to be fastened to the concrete body and onto the concrete body in a known manner.
To the forces acting in the horizontal on the screw shaft aufnah men and lead into the concrete body, a recess is provided in one embodiment of the concrete body according to the invention in the concrete body, which receives a steel plate which is above the hollow body. The shaft of the screw goes through the steel plate.
The invention offers the great advantage that the production of a concrete body with a hollow body enclosed by it can take place in one operation when concreting the concrete body by inserting the hollow body made of plastic into the formwork before pouring the concrete and in this, for example, with the help a steel body can be held immovably Festge, which lies in the hollow body and can be connected to the formwork, for example with screws.
An example embodiment of the concrete body formed according to the invention in the form of a concrete sleeper intended for fastening railroad tracks is shown in the drawing.
1 shows a partial cross-section of a concrete sleeper with an embedded hollow body and a hook screw located in the hollow body; Fig. 2 shows a cross section through the hollow body perpendicular to its axis along line C-C in Figure 1; Fig. 3 is a partial longitudinal section of the concrete threshold along line B-B in Fig. 2; 4 shows the plan view of a plate to be inserted into a recess in the concrete sleeper; 5 shows a hollow body;
6 shows a cross section, a formwork of a concrete sleeper and a steel body for inserting the hollow body into the formwork.
7 and 8 show a device for cleaning the hollow body.
In the drawing, a concrete sleeper is denoted by 1 and a hollow body with 2 embedded in the concrete sleeper.
Above the upper end of the hollow body 2, a recess 3 is seen in the threshold 1 before. The hollow body 2 with its shaft-like part 4, the clear cross-section of which is dimensioned such that a hook screw 5, the hook of which is denoted by 6, can be passed through it.
The hollow body has a second shell-like part 7 offset by 90 ″ to the visually-like part -1, whose cross-section has the same shape as part 4, which, however, does not go as far as recess 3, but rather a height, for example according to the drawing which is about twice as large as the height of the hook 6, but at most half the height of the part 4. Both parts 4 and 7 are connected to one another by a chamber 8, the height of which is dimensioned such that the hook can be pivoted in it by turning the screw.
There. the part 7 also extends to the bottom of the hollow body 2, its walls 9 and 19 form a stop. The screw 5 can therefore only be turned in the hollow body until the side flanks of its hook hit the walls 9 and 19. In the recess 3 is a steel plate 10 with a bore 11 through which the shaft of the screw 5 passes.
The connection of a railroad track with the concrete threshold shown in the drawing takes place in such a way that first the screw 5 with. its hook 6 is guided through the shaft-like part 4 to the bottom of the hollow body, then rotated by 900 until the side flanks of the hook 6 butt against the walls 9 and 7 9; then the screw is pulled up again, the hook coming into the upper part of the shaft 7. This part of the hollow body has the meaning of a detent, since it secures the hook 6 against rotation when the nut of the screw 5 is tightened.
Then the plate 10 is placed in the recess from, a spring 16 is placed over the screw shaft and a clamping plate through which the shaft of the hook screw 5 is arranged.
The nose-like end 12 of the clamping plate lies on the foot 13 of a railroad track, while the see-like end 14 of the clamping plate engages in a groove in the concrete sleeper 1. Dureh the nut 15 of the screw 5, the clamping plate 14 is pressed firmly onto the concrete shaft 1 and the foot 13 of the railroad track. The spring 16 is provided in order to press the plate 10 firmly into the recess 3.
In the bottom of the hollow body 2, an opening 20 is left through which water can drain again. So that the position of the hook of the hook screw can be recognized at any time, a groove 21 lying parallel to the hook 6 is provided at the threaded end of the hook screw. This groove has. in addition, the purpose of turning a hook screw that has set itself in the hollow body with the help of a screwdriver.
To produce a concrete sleeper with an embedded hollow body according to the inven tion, a formwork 30 can be used as shown in FIG. A steel body 31 is placed on this formwork 30 and is firmly connected to the formwork by means of screws 32. A round rod 33 is placed on the steel body 31. Then the hollow body 2 is pushed over the steel body 31 until it sits on a molded piece 35. The steel body 31 and the rod 3 3 serve to hold the hollow body 2 firmly during concreting in such a way that the hollow body does not move to the side when concreting.
The round rod 33 generates fer ner in the concrete sleeper a channel through which water can be drawn from the hollow body 2 through the opening 20 of the hollow body. The steel body 31 carries the shaped piece 35 for the recess 3. This recess also results when the hollow body 2 is provided with a collar corresponding to the size of the recess.
The device shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. serves to clean the hollow body. It consists of a handle 40, a shaft -11 and two shovels -12 and 142. The shovels -12 and 142 are positioned so that when they are rotated, the dirt can be lifted up from the chamber 8 through the shaft 4 and removed.
With the concrete body according to the invention any steel and iron profiles can be connected by simply using a clamping plate that is adapted to the profile of the iron to clamp the steel or iron profile.
Plastic, from which the hollow body embedded in the concrete is made, should be understood as meaning synthetic resins with fillers and other additives that allow any shape. The choice of a plastic for the manufacture of the hollow body has. the great advantage that the hollow body can be manufactured inexpensively and without difficulty from a material which is insensitive to the effects of the weather, so that its durability is practically unlimited.
