Motor-driven device equipped with an additional device for chopping fruits, vegetables and other water or oil-based comminution material. Motor-driven devices for chopping fruits, (-'reinüsen and the like) are known as so-called mixers. Also known is the use of additional devices, e.g.
B. agitators, in such a way that the additional device is placed on the housing of the mixer and to drive the additional device with. coupled to the 1-rotor shaft of the 3Iixer. can be.
The device according to the invention is now characterized by an additional device. from, which has a motor-driven grater and a sieve sieve for thinning the juice of the grated f good,
whereby on the additional device means for replaceable to put the additional device on the lower part of the device containing a motor instead of its container and knife attachment. are.
In the drawing, for example, two embodiments of the @ r @ indungsge-, eüstandes are shown.
Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment in a vertical cut, and Fig. shows a second embodiment also in perpendicular Selinitt.
In Fi7.1, the lower part 1 of a mixer sehematiseli dai #, # is used for chopping, stirring and mixing food and luxury goods. The lower part 1 has a motor and a vertical drive shaft, (is formed at one end as part of a plug-on coupling.
The arrangement is now made so that the not shown, a set of knives pointing container attachment of the mixer against an additional device. can be replaced, which, like the container attachment, can be placed on the lower part 1 and coupled to the shaft 2.
The additional device rests with its extended downwards. Clehäus 3 on a paragraph 1a of the mixer base 1, in such a way that a reduction gear 4 housed in the housing 3 on the one hand with the drive shaft? of the mixer lower part 1 is coupled and on the other hand via the outgoing shaft, which is preferably arranged coaxially to the drive shaft _. With a rotatable raffle disk 5 via a shaft extension 6 is in rotary connection.
A centrifugal screen 7 with a vertical cylinder screen wall is fastened with the Raffel disc 5 beweaungaverbunden be and is open at the top. In order to be able to clean the sieve 7 and the grating disc 5 well, it can be removed upwards out of the housing 3 together with the shaft extension 6, in that the shaft extension 6 and the associated outgoing shaft of the reduction gear 4 are designed as corresponding Aufsteekkupplungs- parts .
A cover 8 closes the housing at the top and is provided with a vertical guide 9 which extends down to the grating disc 5 in the nern of the sieve 7. A movable plug 10 with a handle 10a is used to feed the material to be processed through the guide 9. In the fixed housing 3 of the additional device, a collecting space 11 for the ejected juice and a corresponding drainage channel 12 is provided below the sieve 7.
The use and operation of the additional device described is as follows: The high speed of the drive shaft 2 of the mixer base of, for example, 12,000 UAIin. is through the reduction gear 4 to about 3000 rpm. Reduced the rotational speed at which the grating disc 5 and the screen 7 connected to it rotate.
The material to be processed is brought into the guide 9 and with the plug 10 pressed down against the grating disc ge, which grates the material. The grated material consisting of juice and fibers is thrown by centrifugal force against the wall of the sieve 7, where the juice escapes through this to the outside into the channel 11 of the housing 3. From there, the juice runs through the drainage channel 12 into a container provided. The guide 9 is constantly charged with pieces of the material to be comminuted, depending on the processed material, which are continuously pressed against the grating disc by the stopper.
For cleaning, the sieve 7 and the grating disk 5 are to be lifted off the gear 4 after opening the cover 8. When the additional device described is not used, the same can be removed from the mixer base 1, which is now available for further use as a mixer when the associated container equipped with a set of knives is put on.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 differs from that described by a different design of the housing, the raffle and the centrifugal screen. In addition to the ruffled teeth, the ruffled disc 5 also has holes 5a through which the ruffled material can pass down.
The holes 5a of the raffle disc 5 are expediently formed by the punchings of the raffle teeth. The sieve 7 is in turn rotatably connected to the grating disk 5 and is designed in such a way that the sieve-like perforated part of its wall is located below the grating disk. The upper edge of the sieve is mounted on the stationary housing 3 by means of balls 13 or the like.
The latter is designed in two parts in this exemplary embodiment and consists of one in nern part 3a, which can be attached to a paragraph 1 a of the mixer lower part 1 and fastened to this lower part with clips 14. and the reduction gear 4 includes. The inner part 3a of the housing has a Auffan channel 16 for collecting the residue.
Der.äussere part 3 of the housing can be inserted vertically into a guide 17 of the inner housing part 3cs and can be fixed to part 3a with the aid of locking devices 15. The rest of the design of the additional device according to FIG. 2 is basically the same as in FIG.
The ge with the help of the plug 10 in the guide 9 against the Raffelselieibe 5 struck, to be processed comminution. is ruffled through the disc 5 and passes through the openings 5a. same in the un tern part of the sieve 7 and is thrown against the sieve wall by the centrifugal force. The juice escapes through the sieve to the outside into the collecting container 11 and from there through the drainage channel 12 into a container provided.
The faseri gene residues of the Raffelgtutes can fall down through the basket 7, which is open at the bottom, into the collecting channel 16, as soon as more good occurs through the Raffelseheibe or when the additional device is stopped.
In the second embodiment, a larger amount of material to be shredded can be processed continuously one after the other. as the residue does not have to be removed from the sieve every time. Also, with this embodiment, let the juices win different goods one after the other without having to clean the additional device in between.
To remove the fibrous residues from the space 16, the outer housing part 3 is removed from the inner housing part 3a perpendicularly upwards.
Instead of a reduction gear for reducing the motor speed of the mixer to the speed required for the additional device, a controller could also be used.
