  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 261632.    Verfahren     zur    Herstellung eines kupferbaren     Polyazofarbatoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren       Polyazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        tetrazotiertes          4,4'-        Di    - (3" -     amino    - 4"-     oxy-benzoylamino)

      -     di-          phenyl    mit 2     Mol        2-Oxy-naphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure    in alkalischem Medium vereinigt.  



  Der erhaltene neue     Disazofarbstoff    stellt  ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in     Wasser     mit violetter, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit roter Farbe löst und Baumwolle oder  Zellwolle in bordeauxroten Tönen anfärbt,  welche bei der Nachbehandlung mit Kupfer  sulfat in ein reineres Bordeaux mit sehr guten  Echtheitseigenschaften übergehen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  45,4 Teile     4,4'-Di-        (3"-amino-4"-oxy-benzoyl-          amino)-diphenyl    werden in 600 Teilen Was  ser mit 8 Teilen Natronlauge kalt gelöst, mit  13,8 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    vermischt und in  der Kälte unter Rühren auf 40 Teile konzen  trierte Salzsäure und 80 Teile Wasser auf  getropft.

   Man stumpft die überschüssige Mi  neralsäure mit Soda ab und vereinigt die       arünstichig        gelbe    Suspension der     Tetrazover-          bindung    mit einer kalten alkalischen Lösung  von 44,8 Teilen     2-Oxy-naphthalin-6-sulfon-          säure,    400 Teilen Wasser in Gegenwart von  30 Teilen Soda und 150 Teilen     Pyridin.
