  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 261125.    <B>Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren</B>     Polyazofarbatoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren       Polyazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol    der       Tetrazoverbindung    von     1-(4'-Amino-3'-oxy-          benzoylamino)    - 4 -     amino        -benzol-3-carbonsäure     mit 2     Mol        1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5-          pyrazolon    kuppelt.

      Der erhaltene neue     Disazofarbstoff    stellt  ein dunkelbraunes Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser mit gelbbrauner und in     konz.    Schwe  felsäure mit gelber Farbe löst und Fasern aus  natürlicher oder regenerierter     Celhilose    nach  gekupfert in gelbbraunen Tönen anfärbt,  welche     vorzügliche        Echtheiten    aufweisen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    28,7 Teile     1-(4'-Amino-3'-oxy-benzoyl-          amino)-4-aminobenzol-3-carbonsäure    werden  in 400 Teilen Wasser mit 8 Teilen Natron  lauge kalt gelöst, mit 13,8 Teilen Natrium  nitrit vermischt und in der Kälte unter Rüh  ren auf 40 Teile     konz.    Salzsäure und 80 Teile       Wasser        aufgetropft.    Nach dem Abstumpfen  der überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit Soda         vereinigt    man die     Tetrazoverbindung    mit  einer alkalischen Lösung von 37,8 Teilen       1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    in  800 Teilen Wasser und 20 Teilen Soda.

   Die  Kupplung tritt sofort ein, und nach mehreren  Stunden Rühren bei Zimmertemperatur ist  keine     Diazoreaktion    mehr     nachweisbar.    Der  erhaltene Farbstoff der Formel

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer baren Polyazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Tetrazoverbin- dung von 1-(4'-Amino-3'-oxy-benzoylamino)- 4-amino-benzol-3-carbonsäure mit 2 Mol 1-(4' Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt.
