Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 261125. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren Polyazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren 1'olyazofarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Tetrazoverbindung von 1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxy- benzoylamino)-4-amino-benzol-3.sulfonsäure mit 2 Mol 1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon kuppelt. Der erhaltene neue Disazofarbstoff stellt.

<I>Beispiel:</I> 32,3 Teile 1- (3'-Amirro-4' - oxy -benzoyl- amino)-4-amino-benzol-3-sulfonsäure werden in 400 Teilen Wasser mit 8 Teilen Natron lauge kalt gelöst., mit 13,8 Teilen Natrium riitrit verniiseht und in der Kälte unter Rüh ren auf 40 Teile konz. Salzsäure und 80 Teile Wasser aufgetropft. Nach dem Abstumpfen der überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit Soda vereinigt man die Tetrazoverbindtrng mit einer alkalischen Lösung von 37,8 Teilen 1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5-p.#-razolon in 800 Teilen Wasser und 20 Teilen Soda.
Die Kupplung tritt sofort ein, und nach mehreren Stunden Rühren bei Zimmertemperatur ist keine Diazoreaktion mehr nachweisbar. Der erhaltene Farbstoff von der Formel
