  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 261125.         Verfahren    zur     Herstellung    eines kupferbaren     Polyazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren       Polyazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol    der       Tetrazoverbindung    von     1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxi--          benzoylamino)    - 4 -     amino-benzol    - 3 -     carbonsäure     einerseits mit 1     Mol        1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)

  -3-          methyl-5-pyrazolon    und anderseits mit 1     Mol          1-Oxy-naphthalin-4-sillfonsäure    kuppelt.    Der erhaltene neue     Disazofarbstoff    stellt  ein     dunkelbraunes    Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser mit schmutzig     olivbrauner    und in       konz.    Schwefelsäure mit roter Farbe löst und       Zellulosefasern    in braunen Tönen anfärbt,  welche nach Behandlung mit Kupfersalzen  ausgezeichnete     Echtheiten    aufweisen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    28,7 Teile     1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxy-benzoyl-          amino)-4-amino-benzol-3-carbonsäure    werden  in 400 Teilen Wasser mit 8 Teilen Natronlauge  kalt gelöst, mit 13,8 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    ver  mischt und in der Kälte unter Rühren auf       40    Teile     konz.    Salzsäure und 80 Teile Wasser       aufgetropft,    die überschüssige Mineralsäure  mit     Natriumbiearbonat    abgestumpft und dann  mit<B>18,9</B> Teilen 1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-me-         thyl-5-pyrazolon,    gelöst in 200 Teilen Wasser  bei Gegenwart von 20 Teilen     Natriumbicar-          bonat,

      zum Zwischenprodukt vereinigt. Ist die  Kupplung beendet, so wird alsdann eine wäs  serige Lösung von 22,4 Teilen     1-Oxy-naphtha-          lin-4-sulfonsäure,    20 Teilen Soda und 150 Tei  len     Pyridin        hinzufliessen    gelassen. Nach mehr  stündigem Rühren ist die Kupplung beendet,  und der gebildete     Disazofarbstoff    der Formel

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer baren Polyazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 1 Mol der Tetrazoverbin- dung von 1-(3'-Amino-4'-oxy-benzoylamino)- 4-amino-benzol-3-carbonsäure einerseits mit 1 Mol 1-(4'-Amino-phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazo- lon und anderseits mit 1 Mol 1-Oxy-naphthalin- 4-sulfonsätire kuppelt..
