Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 240993.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren     Polyazofarbstoifes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes     ist          ein    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer  baren     Polyazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     tetrazotier-          ten        4,4'-Diamino-2,2',5,5'-tetraäthoxy-diphe-          r_ylhaxnstoff    mit 1     Mol        1-Amino-8-oxy-naph-          talin-2,

  4-disulfonsäure    und 1     Mol        1-Amino-          8.-oxy-naphtalin-2-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue     Disazofarbstoff    stellt ein dunk  les,     bronzierendes    Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser mit blauer, in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit     grünstichig    blauer Farbe löst. Er  färbt     Cellulosefasern        in    blauen Tönen. Durch  Nachbehandlung mit     Kupfersalzen    werden  die Nass- und     Lichtechtheiten    erheblich ver  bessert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  41,8 Teile     4,4'-Diamino-2,2r,5,5'-tetraäth-          oxy-diphenylharnstoff    werden in salzsaurer  Lösung     mit    13,8 Teilen     Natriumnitrit        tetra-          zotiert,    die überschüssige     Mineralsäure    mit  Soda abgestumpft und in     Gegenwart    von 15  Teilen     Natriumbicarbonat    mit einer     neutralen     Lösung von 31,9 Teilen 1-Amino-8-oxy-naph-         talin-2,4-disulfonsäure    vereinigt.

   Nach Bil  dung des     Zwischenproduktes    lässt man als  dann     eine    wässerige Lösung von 23,9 Teilen       1-Amino-8-oxy-naphtalin-2-,sulfonsäure,    20  Teilen Soda und 150 Teilen     Pyridin        zuflie-          ssen    und beendet durch mehrstündiges Rühren  bei Raumtemperatur die Kupplung. Der  Farbstoff wird     mit        Kochsalz    gefällt, filtriert  und getrocknet.
