      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr.     2'40993.            Terfahren    zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren     Polyazofarbstoffes.            Gegenstand    vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferbaren       Polyazofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch     gekennzeichnet,    dass man     tetrazotier-          ten        4,4'-Diamino-2,2',5,5'-tPtramethoxy-diphe-          nylharnstoff    mit 1     Mol        2-Phenylamino-5-oxy-          riaphtalin-7-sulfons5,

  ure    und 1     Mol        1-Amino-          8-oxy-naphtalin-2,4-disulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue     Disazofarbstoff        ,stellt    ein dunk  les bronzierendes Pulver dar, das sich     in    Was  ser mit blauer, in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit     grünstichig    blauer Farbe löst. Es  färbt     Cellulo.sefasern    in blauen Tönen. Durch  Nachbehandlung mit     Kupfersalzen    werden  die Nass- und     Lichtechtheiten    erheblich ver  bessert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  36,2 Teile     4,4'-Diamino-2,2',5,5'-teträme-          thoxy-diphenylharnstoff    werden in salzsaure  Lösung     mit    13,8     Teilen        Natriumnitrit        tetra-          zotiert,    die überschüssige     Mineralsäure    mit  Soda abgestumpft und in Gegenwart von 15  Teilen     Natriumbicarbonat        mit        einer    neutra  len Lösung von 31,

  5     Teilen    2-Phenylamino-         5-oxy-naphtalin-7-sulfonsäurevereinigt.    Nach       Bildung    des Zwischenproduktes lässt man als  dann eine wässerige Lösung von 31,9 Teilen  1-     Amino-8-oxy-naphtalin    - 2,4 -     disulf        onsäure,     20 Teilen Soda und 150 Teilen     Pyridin    zu  fliessen und beendet durch mehrstündiges  Rühren bei Raumtemperatur die     Kupplung.
