Pièce d'horlogerie. ()n emploie généralement, pour tenir le mouvement dans les boîtes de montres étanches comportant, ou bien -une carrure- lunette ou bien une carrure-fond, des cercles d'emboîtage en forme de tubes courts à parois très minces et ayant clés languettes faisant ressort, repliées vers le centre de la boîte. Les languettes ne sont pas très efficaces; elles prennent en outre, entre le tond de la boîte et le dessus des ponts, un espace augmentant la hauteur totale de la pièce d'horlogerie.
Le but de la présente invention est d'éviter ce surcroît de hauteur tout en fixant le mouve ment dans la. boîte étanche ou non, au moyen d'une pression élastique axiale, la disposition adoptée laissant, dans le cas de la boîte étanche, un certain jeu pour les tolérances né cessaires aux paquetages d'étanchéité.
L'objet de la présente invention est une pièce d'horlogerie ayant- une boîte et un mouvement et comprenant au moins -une pla- quette-ressort avec au moins -une bande élas tique, caractérisée en ce que la plaque-ressort a au moins une partie de fixation fixée à la périphérie du mouvement, la bande élastique étant adjacente à la partie circonférentielle du mouvement et étant bandée en direction axiale du mouvement par une partie de la boîte lors de la fermeture de celle-ci pour le maintien en place du mouvement dans la boîte.
Le dessin annexé représente, partiellement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution d'une pièce d'horlogerie selon la présente in vention, ainsi qu'une série de plaquettes-res- sorts pouvant être -utilisées pour maintenir le mouvement; en place dans la boîte.
La fig. 1 montre en perspective, pour au tant seulement que la compréhension de l'in vention l':exige, -une platine de mouvement de montre étanche.
Les fig. 2 à 6 se rapportent aux différentes formes de plaquette-ressort.
En se référant à la fig. 1, 10 désigne la platine du mouvement. Elle comporte, comme d'ordinaire, un rebord périphérique 11 au moyen duquel elle est appuyée sur la partie correspondante de la. boîte, par exemple dans le cas d'une calotte-lunette, sur un épaulement clé la lunette par l'intermédiaire d'un fond à vis.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, il a été fixé à la platine 10, ait moyen de vis 'i2, une plaquette-ressort 13 comportant une partie de fixation formant, -une bande 11 et une bande élastique 15 qui sont: réunies par leurs extrémités et séparées, par une fente 16. La bande élastique 15 possède en son milieu un bossage 17, sur lequel la pression du fond s'exerce pour mettre à contribution l'élasti cité de cette bande 15 et maintenir ainsi le mouvement en place. Ce mouvement repré senté a deux plaquettes-ressorts diamétrale ment opposées. Il pourrait y en avoir trois distantes les unes des autres de 120'.
Le: mouvement pourrait aussi comporter une plaquette-ressort du genre de celle repré sentée en fig. 2, dans laquelle la solidarisation de la partie de fixation en forme de bande à la platine s'opère au moyen d'ouvertures allongées dans l'extrémité de chacune des quelles peut passer ime téte- de vis qui cons titue l'un des éléments d'Lzn accouplement à baïonnette, l'autre étant, constitué par l'ouver ture elle-même.
La plaquette-ressort selon la fig. 3 com porte des oreilles 18, recourbées dans un plan parallèle à celui de la platine et servant au maintien du tout sur le mouvement.
La plaquette-ressort montrée en fig. 4 a deux bandes élastiques 15 réunies par l'une de leurs extrémités à la bande de fixation 14, les autres extrémités se faisant face et présen tant des bossages 17 sur lesquels s'appuie également le fond vissé.
La plaquette-ressort selon la fig. 5, qui possède également deux oreilles 18, a une bande élastique 19 qui n'est réunie qu'à une extrémité avec la bande de fixation 14.
Dans le modèle de la. fig. 6, la plaquette ressort est constituée par une bande élastique 15 présentant en son milieu un bossage 17 et dont les extrémités 20 portent, des oreilles de fixation 18 permettant de solidariser la pla- quette-ressort avec la platine du mouvement dont elle fait partie.

Referring to fig. 1, 10 designates the plate of the movement. It comprises, as usual, a peripheral rim 11 by means of which it is pressed on the corresponding part of the. case, for example in the case of a bezel-cap, on a key shoulder of the bezel via a screw back.
In the embodiment shown, it has been fixed to the plate 10, by means of screws' i2, a spring plate 13 comprising a fixing part forming, -a band 11 and an elastic band 15 which are: joined together by their ends and separated by a slot 16. The elastic band 15 has in its middle a boss 17, on which the pressure of the bottom is exerted to put to use the elasticity of this band 15 and thus keep the movement in place. . This movement shown has two diametrically opposed spring plates. There could be three of them 120 'apart from each other.
The: movement could also include a spring plate of the type shown in FIG. 2, in which the securing of the band-shaped fixing part to the plate is effected by means of elongated openings in the end of each of which can pass a screw head which constitutes one of the elements of Lzn bayonet coupling, the other being, constituted by the opening itself.
The spring plate according to fig. 3 com carries ears 18, curved in a plane parallel to that of the plate and used to maintain the whole on the movement.
The spring plate shown in fig. 4 has two elastic bands 15 joined by one of their ends to the fixing band 14, the other ends facing each other and presenting bosses 17 on which the screwed bottom also rests.
The spring plate according to fig. 5, which also has two ears 18, has an elastic band 19 which is only joined at one end with the fastening band 14.
In the model of the. fig. 6, the spring plate is constituted by an elastic band 15 having in its middle a boss 17 and the ends 20 of which carry fixing lugs 18 making it possible to secure the spring plate to the plate of the movement of which it forms part.
