By lifting its load hook from the rope, the suspension hanger on a single cable car with a rope running continuously over rollers. By mere lift from moving the rope detachable suspension hangers on a cable car with continuously running over rollers running rope are known in various Ausfüh approximately types. These suspension hangers are essentially made up of a load hook and a device for its detachable attachment to the rope. They have to meet a number of conditions. They have to be simply constructed and easy to use, i.e. easy to clamp onto the rope and light.
be solvable; They must slide over the guide pulleys of the rope as smoothly as possible, in such a way that the attached load neither sways nor rotates around its suspension axis. In the case of cable cars with a gradient, the loaded sling must neither bend the cable nor slide down the valley. None of the known types of construction satisfies all of the conditions mentioned using simple means, but the suspension hanger according to the invention can be designed in such a way that these conditions are met.
According to the invention, the support hanger has as a clamping device to be ner attachment to the rope a horizon tal projecting pliers with downward, in the closed state in the roller groove fitting mouth, one jaw with its horizontal arm on a vertical straight line for the arm the other, movable clamping jaw is hingedly attached to the load hook of the suspension arm.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the invention, namely Fig. 1 shows a part of a single cable car with a suspension bracket schematically; FIG. 2 shows the head of the hanger with the closed FIG. 3 the same with the open pliers in a longitudinal section, FIG. 4 the head in a cross section along the line X'-X in FIG.
According to Fig. 1, the two rollers c and d are attached to the ends of the cross member b of a support mast a for return and return of the uphill and downhill strand of the continuously revolving transport rope e.
The hanger is clamped to the rope e, the load hook h of which is designed in such a way that when the focus of the load f carried by it is in the vertical rope plane - in Fig. 1 vertically below the roller c - is the top, straight Ab cut of the hook h. hangs approximately vertically. So that this is also possible when the rope runs up or down, this hook h ends at the top in a joint i, the horizontal axis of rotation of which lies in the hook plane and is perpendicular to the vertical rope plane.
The rope e is grasped by pliers serving as a clamping device of the hanger g with a mouth opening vertically downwards and, when the pliers are closed, horizontal tong arms, which are arranged on the upper end part of the hanger. The gripper jaws are shaped so that the closed mouth fits into the groove of the rope guide pulley.
This upper part of the hanger is shown on a larger scale in FIGS. 2 to 4. The load hook h of the hanger is connected by the hori zontalachsige joint i with a short push rod k square cross-section, which is vertically displaceable in the straight line formed by a square tube m, closed at the top, but can be rotated.
The arm p of the fixed tong jaw r is welded horizontally to this straight guide tube m, while within the tube m the push rod k at the end of the arm q the movable jaw s is articulated, which passes through a vertical slot n in the wall of the tube m. According to FIG. 2, the jaws r, s of the pliers are clamped on the rope e, while according to FIG. 3 they are lifted by lifting the load hook h, whereby the joint i in the straight guide tube m, slid in and thereby blocked in its function, have been opened so that they gape apart and release the rope.
The upper end of the slot n forms a stop to limit the stroke of the hook h and the opening width of the pliers mouth r, s. The jaws of the pliers are not wider than the straight guide in the direction of the rope axis. When the hook is released, the pliers close even when the hanger g is unloaded, simply by its own weight.
The hanger therefore does not require any additional weights or springs to open or close the clamping pliers and also has no special actuating elements for clamping it to the rope and releasing it from it. Rather, the operator has both hands free for lifting the loaded or unloaded hook.
By attaching run-up rails next to the rope and corresponding sliding pieces or rollers on the side of the hanger g, an automatic disengagement, if necessary also an automatic clamping of the hanger g to the rope, can be effected.
