Dispositif de lubrification des organes de travail d'une filière. La présente invention a pour objet un dis positif de lubrification des organes de travail d'une filière, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un réservoir de lubrifiant solidaire d'un man che d'actionnement de la filière et une pompe destinée à projeter sur lesdits organes de tra vail du lubrifiant puisé dans ce réservoir.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'inven tion.
Fig. 1 représente une vue avec parties en coupe de cette forme d'exécution, le manche étant dans une position supérieure.
Fig. 2 est une vue analogue à la fig. 1, le manche étant dans une position inférieure. Le dispositif représenté comprend un ré servoir de lubrifiant 1 prévu à l'intérieur d'un manche d'actionnement 2 de la filière 3 qui, dans l'exemple représenté, est du type à cliquet. Le dispositif comprend aussi une chambre de relais 4 pour le lubrifiant, reliée audit réservoir 1 au moyen d'un trou 8, de manière à se remplir chaque fois que le manche 2 se trouve dans sa position supé rieure, comme représenté à la fig. 1, et une pompe 5 destinée à projeter sur des organes de travail 6 de la filière le lubrifiant prélevé dans le réservoir, un tuyau d'éjection 7 étant prévu pour diriger ce lubrifiant sur lesdits organes de travail.
Dans l'exemple représenté, la pompe 5 placée dans la chambre 4 est du type à piston et à commande manuelle par un bouton-pous- soir 9 qui est actionné par l'opérateur. Le manche susdit présente, à son extrémité 10 opposée à celle par laquelle il est fixé à la filière, un orifice de remplissage 11, l'extré mité 10 du manche étant filetée en 12 afin de recevoir un bouchon 13 obturant cet ori fice.
Dans une autre forme d'exécution, le manche d'actionnement de la filière pourrait ne pas être creux. Dans ce cas, le réservoir serait constitué par la chambre 4 dans la quelle serait montée la pompe 5. On voit d'em blée que cette seconde forme d'exécution, quoique plus simple, présenterait le désavan tage par rapport à la précédente, de n'assu rer qu'une réserve de lubrifiant sensiblement plus faible.
Dans une autre forme d'exécution, on pourrait prévoir des moyens automatiques pour commander la pompe par les mouve ments dudit manche. Dans ce but, il suffirait de prévoir une butée fixe par rapport à un étau dans lequel la pièce à fileter est serrée, le bouton-poussoir de la pompe coopérant avec cette butée chaque fois que le manche d'ac- tionnement arriverait dans sa position supé rieure.
Les avantages du dispositif selon l'inven tion sont les suivants Simplification de l'outillage du fait que le dispositif de lubrification fait corps avec l'outil, d'où suppression des boîtes de lubri fiant, des pinceaux et des burettes en usage jusqu'ici. Economie de temps, puisque la lubrifica tion se fait soit par une simple poussée stuc un bouton, soit automatiquement selon. la forme d'exécution envisagée.
Du fait de la simplification des manou- vres, la lubrification pourra être faite plus fréquemment et plus régulièrement.

The aforesaid handle has, at its end 10 opposite to that by which it is fixed to the die, a filling orifice 11, the end 10 of the handle being threaded at 12 in order to receive a plug 13 closing this ori fice.
In another embodiment, the actuating handle of the die could not be hollow. In this case, the reservoir would be formed by the chamber 4 in which the pump 5 would be mounted. It can be seen straight away that this second embodiment, although simpler, would have the disadvantage compared to the previous one, of only ensure a significantly smaller lubricant reserve.
In another embodiment, automatic means could be provided for controlling the pump by the movements of said handle.
