Apfelschneidmaschine.
Apple slicer. The invention relates to an apple slicer, with which it is possible to puncture the core housing trainees in one pressure and at the same time cut the apple into several parts.
For this purpose, the apple slicer has a frame with a support plate that can be fastened to a table and a push rod that can be depressed by a hand lever against the action of a spring. arranged at the lower end of the cutting head, wherein the cutting head has a sleeve-shaped precutter and adjoining this, to the same radially arranged cutting edges.
The cutting head advantageously has a height of at least 6 and in its interior a cavity for receiving the core housing punched out by the precutter, the cavity being formed by the fact that the radial cutters are cut out on the inside and the precutter only up to the recesses the radial cutting is sufficient.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a side view of the same, partly in section, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the cutting head, FIG. 3 shows a cross section through the cutting head along line II in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the cutting head along line II -II in Fig. 2.
The apple slicer shown has a frame 1 which can be fastened to the table top, for example a kitchen table, by means of a support arm 2 and a clamping screw 3. In a recess of the support arm, a wooden on position plate 4 is inserted. On a bearing arm 5 of the frame, a push rod 6 is guided displaceably in the perpendicular right direction. The upper end of the push rod is bifurcated and articulated by a bolt 7 to a pressure lever 8, the latter bears a handle 9 at its free end and is articulated to the forked upper end of a compensating lever 11 at its other end by a bolt 10.
The lower end of the compensating lever is also bifurcated and hinged to the upper end of the frame 1 by a bolt 12. On the push rod 6, a compression spring 13 is arranged, which supports the bearing arm 5 above against the fork at the top of the push rod and ge conditions below. The compression spring 13 holds the push rod together with the pressure lever in the up position. At the lower end of the push rod, the cutting head 1.4 is arranged, which has a tubular precutter 15 and eight cutting edges 16 adjoining this and arranged radially to the same.
The latter have inwardly to recesses 17 and the precutter extends only to these recesses, so that a cavity is formed in the interior of the cutting head. This cavity is used to accommodate and easy removal of the core housing punched out by the pre-cutter. The cutting head has a height of at least 6 cm.
The pre-cutter 15 projects on the underside about 1 cm above the radial cutting edges 16 and allows easy centering of the apple to be cut. Corresponding to the preceding pre-cutter, the support plate 4 has a round recess 18 into which the pre-cutter can penetrate until the radial cutters rest on the support plate.
The ml-cutting apple is placed on the support plate and centered so that the fly of the apple comes to rest in the middle of the pre-cutter. Then the pressure lever is pressed down against the action of the spring 6 and thereby the apple to be cut ge cut into eight equal parts, with the core housing being stabbed out. The latter is pushed into the cavity of the cutting head when it is cut out of the apple and falls out of the cutting head when it rises or can be pushed out of it with a finger.
