A device having a float valve for automatic control of the evaporator of a refrigeration machine. The invention relates to a device comprising a float valve for self-acting regulation of the evaporator of a refrigeration machine, in which the float valve acts on a pressure reducing valve of the refrigeration machine.
The purpose of the invention is to create a control device of this type which can be used with the most varied of operating conditions for all areas of refrigeration.
For this purpose, in a device of the type mentioned according to the invention, the expanded gases flowing out of the pressure reducing valve and the liquid flowing out of the pressure are introduced into the evaporator directly and in an injector-like manner in the flow direction of the working medium in the evaporator,
and the float bowl is connected to the evaporator at the top and bottom. The float liquid pot can z- # ve.ek- at the same time be designed as a liquid separator.
On the accompanying: drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the object of the invention are illustrated in a simplified representation, namely shows:
1 shows a first embodiment in which the evaporator is designed as a snake evaporator, and FIG. 2 shows part of a refrigeration system, the evaporator of which is housed in a container filled with a heat-giving liquid.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the compressor of a Kompressionskältemasehine, which sucks gaseous refrigerant through a line 2 and conveys it into a 01labsehelder 3. From this, the compressed refrigerant passes through a line 4 into a condenser 5. The liquid in the latter, deposited in the liquid, flows through a line 6 to a pressure reducing valve A.
The Ge housing 7 of this valve A is attached to the outside of a float fluid pot 9 on the latter. The pressure reducing valve A also has a valve cone 8, the position of which in relation to a throughflow opening 10 is determined by a float 11, which is brewed in the liquid pot 9.
The expanded gases flowing out of the pressure reducing valve A as well as the liquid still flowing out of the same are introduced directly and in the manner of an injector near a distributor 12 into a coil evaporator 1,4, in the flow direction of the working medium in the evaporator. The distribution piece 12 is connected by a line 13 to the lower part of the liquid pot 9.
Between; a collector's tube 15. of the evaporator. 14 and the float fluid pot 9, a nozzle 16 is installed. The float liquid pot 9 acts at the same time as a liquid: separator. The suction line 2 mentioned is connected to the upper end of the float fluid pot 9.
Nevertheless, in the described device for the automatic control of the Ver evaporator 14, the liquid level 17 in the liquid pot 9 is located below the. Dampfaus occurs from the evaporator 14, is due to the mentioned. injector-like introduction of the high-speed, expanded gases, and the liquid mixed with these into the
steamer 14 easily overcome the resistance offered in the latter to the passage of these gases and the liquid. This will still be the case even if the outlet of the evaporator 14 is considerably above the liquid level 17.
It! So the liquid level 17 \ never needs to be above the vapor outlet of the evaporator 14, so that with a device according to the invention there is no risk of the evaporator being completely filled with liquid refrigerant when the system is at a standstill. As a result, when the system is started up again, damage from liquid slugs, especially the compressor,
avoided. By the way, the nozzle 16 offers further security against such damage, since it also floods the eye fluid container 9. prevents the accumulated liquid in the evaporator 14 when the system is started up.
In the system shown in FIG. 2, the evaporator 2; 0 of the refrigerating machine is housed within a container 2! 1 which is filled with heat-giving liquid. 22 denotes a distribution piece and 23 a collecting piece of the evaporator 20.
Lead, this arrangement are now-, the line 24, in which the pressure reducing valve B flowing, vented gas and the latter still admixed liquid reach, and a line 2 <5, which a swim:
The liquid pot 26 connects to the distribution piece 23 arranged at the bottom of the evaporator 2'0, guided over the container 21. A line 31, which connects the vapor collecting piece 23 provided above on the evaporator 20 via the nozzle 2'7 with the float liquid pot 26, is arranged above the container 2-1.
The line 25 is composed of two pieces separable at 2-8 and, the line 31 is composed of two pieces separable at 29 . If the connections at 28 and 2-9 are loosened and a two-part lid 30 of the container 21 is removed, the entire evaporator 20, 22, 23 can be lifted out of the container 21 without draining the heat-giving liquid from this container is.
In view of the often large liquid content of the lead holder 2.1, this is an appreciable advantage.
The entire pressure reducing valve can also be arranged in the interior of the eye fluid reservoir. In this case, the line "through which the expanded gases including the liquid still mixed in flow out of the pressure reducing valve, is laid inside the line that connects the inlet of the evaporator with the inside of the float liquid pot.
