Spritzwagen.
Spray trolley.
In the case of the spray trolley according to the main patent, the height of the wheels on the trolley can be adjusted so that the position of the spray container can be adapted to the terrain.
It has now been shown that it is often more difficult to swivel the spray container itself into the horizontal position than to adjust the height of the wheels, and therefore to provide the spray carriage with both adjustment options.
The subject of the invention is an injection molding with the wheel journals, which are attached to U-irons which are arranged at least approximately at right angles to them and which serve as guide pieces and which are vertically mounted in the H with the help of rotatable spindles in the runways arranged in the vehicle frame ¯he are individually adjustable, in which the spray container is arranged around its longitudinal axis @ on the trolley frame and fastened in an adjustable manner.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing in two exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of the first embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
2 shows a front view of the second embodiment according to the invention.
N / A. ch the first embodiment (Fig. 1) Lst on the carriage frame 1 with the height individually adjustable Rä. The spray container 3 with an approximately semi-cylindrical outer wall 4 is mounted on the rollers 7 so as to be pivotable about the axis 5. On the outer wall 8 of the container 3, two guide pieces 9 are attached, which a. Support on the rollers 7 and carry the container. Fixed to the container is the bearing 10, in which the nut 12 is inserted so as to be pivotable about the pin 11, into which the threaded spindle 13 engages.
The spindle 13 is rotatably mounted on the frame 14 of the carriage and connected to the crank 16 mounted in the frame via the universal joint 15. By rotating the crank 16 and thus the spindle 13, the spray container 3 can be pivoted about the axis 5 and adjusted horizontally on inclined slopes without the wheels 2 having to be changed in their height.
In the second embodiment (FIG. 2), pivot pins 17 lying in the axis of the container are arranged on both end walls of the spray container. The pivot pins 17 are rotatably mounted in bearings 18 which are supported on the frame 14 of the trolley. so that the container 3 can be pivoted about them. At the bottom of the circularly curved container wall 8, a toothed segment 19 is attached, into which the Schneeke 20, which is fixed on the shaft 21, engages. The shaft 21 is rotatably mounted in the frame 14 and can be set in rotation by turning the crank 22 fixedly connected to it, so that the spray container 3 can be pivoted about the pin 17.
The wheels 2 of both versions are rotatably supported on the wheel journal 23.
The latter are attached to U-irons 24 which are arranged at least approximately at right angles to them and serve as guide pieces and which are held vertically displaceably by spindles 25 in vertical guides 26. The vertical guides 26 are firmly connected to guide pieces 27 which can be moved horizontally in the cross member 28 of the carriage frame 1.
