Fig. 1 ist ein Seitenriss mit.
Loading device for pressure rollers on drafting systems, especially those of wet spinning machines. The inventive loading device for pressure rollers on drafting systems, in particular those of wet spinning machines, is formed by a loading bar partially encompassing a pressure roller in the saddle at one end,
which is adjustable by means of a guide pin in the direction of the roller pressure against the action of a spring.
This creates a loading device which makes it possible to adjust the counter-cylinder to cooperate with the pressure roller without having to change the spring action on the pressure roller; As is well known, such changes can easily lead to inadequate clamping action on the fiber material to be treated, which has a correspondingly unfavorable effect on the nature of the yarn to be produced.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely a draw-in cylinder and a pressure roller of a drafting system.
Fig. 1 is a side elevation with. Section and Fig. 2 is a partial top view.
With the two working surfaces 1 of a pulling cylinder 2, the two surfaces 3 of the printing roller 4 work together in a known manner. In the saddle of the pressure roller 4, the usual circumferential groove 5 is provided for receiving the loading bracket 6, which engages around the pressure roller 4 by means of corresponding end hooks 7 approximately over half the circumference. At its other end, the loading bracket 6 has a straight leg 8 to which the guide pin 9 is attached at one end,
whose axis is in or approaching in the middle of the pressure roller 4 and 'feed cylinder 2 connecting Age, depending on the setting of the feed cylinder 2. The bolt 9 is longitudinally displaceably mounted in a sleeve 10 which is attached to a support rail 11 which to the feed cylinder \? is parallel.
On the second end of the guide pin 9, a nut 12 is screwed, which serves as a stop for a compression spring 13, which respectively over the guide pin 9. the bearing bush 10 is pushed and is received by a recess 14 provided in the holding rail 11.
Between its ends, the loading bracket 6 has a vorsprin ing guide part 1.5 for engagement in a circumferential groove 16 attached to the feed cylinder 2; on the side facing the base of this circumferential groove 16, the projecting part 1.5 of the loading bracket 6 is provided with a correspondingly arcuate surface 1i.
By means of the nut 12, the compression spring 13 can be tightened to a greater or lesser extent as required for the purpose of corresponding adjustment of the contact pressure exerted on the feed cylinder 2 via the loading bracket 6 on the pressure roller 4; Here, the load bracket 6 is given the necessary straight guidance by its guide pin 9 in the fixed bearing bush 10.
As a result of the engagement of the loading bracket 6 in the circumferential groove 16 provided on the draw-in cylinder 2, the loading bracket 6 is secured laterally in its position and accordingly the pressure roller 4 is held or held in the axial direction. Given guidance, so that on the pressure roller 4 lateral guide pins and bearings for these are superfluous.
The feed cylinder 2 is located in a known manner in a semicircular bearing 1 '&, which is omitted in FIG. The bearing 18 has a support arm 19 which is received by the longitudinal groove of a standing guide rail 20 with a U-shaped cross section. In this guide rail 20 there is also a threaded spindle 2.1 passing through the aforementioned support arm.
By rotating this threaded spindle 2.1, the feed cylinder 2 can be adjusted in the height position and accordingly in its position with respect to the pressure roller 4 as required who serve.
For this purpose, the compression spring 13 acting on the loading bracket 6 does not need to be relaxed, since it is only a matter of adjusting the load of the bearing 18 carried by the threaded spindle 2.1. The Belaetungrsvorrichtung described is particularly simple in design and therefore correspondingly reliable in the We effect.
