Machine tool with a rotating tool carrier that can be adjusted transversely to its axis to produce orbital movements. The present invention relates to a work tractor as characterized in dependent claim 4 in conjunction with claim and dependent claims 1 and 3 of the main patent. It is a machine tool with a rotating tool carrier that can be adjusted transversely to its axis to effect orbital movements.
The adjustment of the tool carrier takes place here with means of a control curve rotating with the tool carrier, against which the tool carrier rests under the action of a spring and the plane of which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation or rotation of the tool carrier. This control cam can be rotated about its axis, the tool carrier being taken along in its adjustment direction.
The control cam is rotated by means of an axially adjustable spindle with coaxial thread, which is coaxially arranged to the control cam and which engages with the control cam in such a way that the control cam is rotated by the axial displacement of the spindle.
The spindle connected to the control cam is axially adjustable by one arm of an angle lever that does not take part in the rotation or circulation, but in the axial displacement of the tool carrier. For this purpose, the other arm of the angle lever runs along a fixed, adjustable guide curve, so that when the curve is inclined to a vertical plane, a transverse displacement of the tool carrier takes place depending on the axial displacement of the angle lever.
When said angle lever z. B. is applied under spring load on the guide cam, a Kom component of the spring force also acts on the mounting of the angle lever on the 'main spindle carrier. As practice shows, this component is sufficient to push the main spindle carrier into an eccentric position while displacing the oil film in its guide and thus to falsify the position of the spindle.
The additional invention now relates to a further embodiment of the machine described in accordance with patent claim and dependent claims 1, 3 and 4 of the main patent, with the aim of preventing the above-mentioned falsification of the spindle position. This takes place in that the bearing of the angle lever is connected to the carrier of the adjustable guide cam by a compensating spring, the direction of attack of which is selected so that
that it counteracts the bearing reaction force caused by the contact pressure of the angle lever on the guide cam.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. They show: FIG. 1 the upper part of the tool carrier in section according to FIG. 2 of the main patent, FIG. 2 the fixed, adjustable guide curve with the angle lever running on it.
The in the tool head 2 non-rotatable but axially displaceable bearing sleeve 4 with the axially displaceable spindle 24a in it contains the bolt 29 as a bearing point of the angle lever 27, one arm of which is hinged by means of fork pin 28 at the upper, sleeve-shaped end 26 of the spindle 24a. At its other end, the angle lever 27 carries the roller 30, which is pressed against the guide line 31 by the spring 50 resting against the flange 50a of the spindle 24a.
The guide rule 31 is fastened on the plate 32 in an angle-adjustable manner.
The spring 50 creates a bearing force on the bolt 29 which presses the bearing sleeve 4 against the wall of the bore of the tool head 2 so that it moves into a position inclined to the bore while displacing the oil film. In order to counteract this source of error, the bolt 29 is provided with a pin 60 on which a spring 62 engages. This spring is hooked at the other end in an eyelet 64, which is located on the cover 66 be, which is also shown in the main patent, but not specifically designated.
The cover 66 is firmly connected to the tool head 2, in wel chem also the plate 32 with the guide 31 gela Gert. The tensile force of the spring 62 is in the direction and magnitude of the direction and average magnitude of the bearing force on the bolt 29 opposite sets, so that the bearing sleeve 4 is not pushed out of its position concentric to the bore.
