Support for a group with drive motor and rotating conveyor machine. The invention relates to a support for a group with a rotating the hoisting machine, - such as a compressor or a vacuum pump, and the associated drive motor. There are such machine groups known in which the motor and the hoisting machine each have a foot with which they are attached to a common base plate. The advantage of this arrangement is primarily the possibility that normal foot motors can be used and that, such.
B. Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a two-housing hoisting machine with the housings 1 and 2 can be driven very easily by a common motor 3. However, this arrangement results in a large and correspondingly scissors base plate 5, if it should be sufficiently stiff and it requires a large base area for installation.
On the other hand, it is known to flange the conveyor machine 1 and the motor 3 to a common, serving as an intermediate support 4, which has a foot 9 for securing the group on the foundation or on the support beam. This arrangement results in a low weight of the group, but you need a model with a flange for the conveyor machine, which you, if it should be coupled with a foot motor according to Fig. 1, can not put with the same on a common base plate.
The support according to the invention is now characterized in that it has a footplate on the one hand and an annular flange on the other hand as a wing, to which parts the hoisting machine and motor can be attached. In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown in Fig. 3, in which the conveyor machine with 1, the flange motor with 3 and 6 with the support is designated.
The motor 3 is attached to the annular flange 7 of the support, while the pump 1 is fastened to the horizontal footplate 8 be attached to the support 6 on the opposite side on the flange. The plane of the stop surface of the annular flange is therefore perpendicular to the foot plate. This design makes it possible to use the same model of hoisting machine with a foot, which can be coupled to a foot motor on a common base plate, as shown in FIG. 1, for assembly with a flange motor.
Conversely, the support according to the invention can also be used to couple a conveyor machine with a flange with a foot motor. A certain support model can be used for different types of conveyor machines with the same speed, since z. B. the vacuum pumps of the same speed usually only have different agial lengths and the motors have the same nor malized flanges within wide performance limits.
