Fig. 3 zeigt die Spannvorrichtung im Wirkungszustand.
Elevator safety device for use in the event of a power failure. So that the cabin is not z. B. is shut down between two floors, but can be moved down in the shaft, it is known to arrange a special auxiliary winch on the constructively separate from the cabin, but connected with her by a clutch to be released in an emergency NEN safety device, which at loosened coupling a steady downward movement of the cabin, z.
B. gerangriff in a fire or Flie, up to a protective output it allows.
With such a protective device, however, the weight of the auxiliary winch with the car must always be raised and lowered, even during normal operation of the elevator. This dead load means a corresponding increase in the wear of the supporting parts in question and the brake of the elevator and an increase in the power consumption. In the case of elevators with a limited passage, it is also not possible to attach an auxiliary winch to the car's safety gear due to a lack of space.
In order to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned, the protective device according to the invention intended for use in the event of power interruptions in elevators has a sta tionary auxiliary winch, by means of which the car can be moved downwards in the event of a power interruption.
As a result, the auxiliary winch, which can be arranged above, to the side or below the lift shaft, no longer takes part in the up and down movements of the cabin.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention with the arrangement of the auxiliary winch above the lift shaft.
1 shows a vertical section, FIG. 2 shows the brake of the auxiliary winch offset at right angles to it and a tensioning device provided on the car for the pulling rope of the same.
Fig. 3 shows the clamping device in the operative state.
The auxiliary winch 2, which has a cable drum 3 which is connected to a centrifugal regulator 5 by a worm gear 4, is arranged on the floor 1 at the upper end of the drive shaft. The cable drum 3 is constructed in such a way that it can accommodate a cable length of twice the lift of the car 6. The auxiliary winch 2 also has a brake with two brake levers 7, which are connected to a pull rope 9 via a controller 8. This pull rope 9 runs through the shaft, goes between tween three rollers 10, 11 and 12 of a clamping device and is attached to the anchor screw 13 in the shaft pit.
The aforementioned clamping device, the roller 11 of which is mounted on a clamping lever 14, is arranged on the cabin 6. The cabin 6 is suspended in a rope block 15; the carrying ropes 16 run from the elevator machine 18, which is equipped with an electric motor 17, over the rollers of the rope block to the rope drum 3 of the auxiliary winch 2.
The protective device described works as follows: During normal operation of the elevator, the auxiliary winch 2 is blocked by the brake lever 7. If the cabin 6 is shut down as a result of power interruption, then you will be in the cabin the clamping lever 14, which is useful as an emergency lever identifying label such.
B. "Alarm" carries, pivot from its rest position in FIG. 2 into the operative position according to FIG. Brake cable 9 presses against the two fixed tension rollers 10 and 12 and deflects it laterally out of its path. This opens the brake by pivoting the brake lever 7 away from the brake disc of the auxiliary winch 2,
whereupon the car 6 due to its own weight under corresponding to the rotation of the cable drum 3 of the auxiliary winch 2 and with the help of the centrifugal regulator 5 moves downward at a constant Ge speed until the clamping lever 14 is pivoted back into the rest position, or the The cabin is automatically shut down at a protective exit it has reached.
By means of an electric drive motor 19 assigned to the auxiliary winch 2, the winding of the expired ropes under power and thus the return of the cabin to its previous location can be undertaken. The switching process is initiated via a push-button plate in the cabin and the associated "Up" and "Down" switching contactors.
The protective device described still offers the. Possibility of compensating for differences in holding of the cabin respectively. the fine adjustment of the cabin in relation to the floors.
In elevators with high travel speeds and changing loads, in hospitals where patients in mobile beds should be rolled over thresholds as smoothly as possible, or in goods elevators with rails for moving trolleys, it is technically difficult to move the cabin without special aids to stop at the same level on the floors.
To achieve this purpose, elevator machines are known to be used with two electric motors, a large motor for the main ride at high speed and a small auxiliary motor for slowed a ride to the stop. The big engine resp. The main motor is switched off from the mains shortly before a stop, whereupon the auxiliary motor takes over the precise control of the car at the stop on the floor.
The same function of the auxiliary motor of the elevator machine can take over the auxiliary winch provided in the described protective device in cooperation with the elevator control. The way it works is then as follows: The main motor is switched on while the cabin is moving between the floors.
When the car approaches the controlled stop, the main motor is disconnected from the mains and the drive machine is brought to a standstill, with so-called Feiueinstell- switches arranged in the lift shaft during the braking distance provided for the high speed of the car Accumulate curves and the drive or. Power the auxiliary motor of the auxiliary winch via reversing contactors.
The auxiliary winch 2 is now, depending on whether the cabin has to be driven downwards or upwards to the chosen floor, rope from the drum 3 or winds rope on the drum 3 until the directional fine-adjustment switch expires, and the Auxiliary motor interrupts the current. This means that the floor of the cabin is flush with the floor of the floor in question.
Compared to the described design of the protective device, a change is possible in such a way that the auxiliary winch is equipped with a cable drum which is directed to accommodate several suspension cables, the cable length of which is sufficient to allow the cabin to be lowered over the entire lifting height.
