Description
Dispositif d'assemblage démontable pour éléments de construction. L'objet de la présente invention est un perfectionnement apporté au dispositif défini dans la revendication du brevet principal, lequel est un dispositif d'assemblage démon table pour éléments de construction.
Ce per fectionnement consiste en ce que les pièces de serrage sont en forme de<B>U,</B> dont les ailes recourbées, qui viennent s'engager sous un or gane de fixation attenant à chacun des élé ments qu'il s'agit d'assembler, présentent des gorges dont les rebords sont inclinés d'envi ron 30 par rapport à leur parement exté rieur, de manière que, lorsque les ailes oppo sées de ces pièces sont en prise avec les or ganes de fixation des éléments à assembler, on puisse les serrer sans autre pour aligner les éléments et les rapprocher à la distance représentée par les dimensions des pièces de serrage elles-mêmes.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du disposi tif suivant l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe schématique d'une pièce de serrage, montrant l'inclinaison des rebords au point d'assemblage. La fig. 2 est une vue en bout de la pièce de fig. 1.
La fig. 3 est une élévation de la pièce, vue depuis l'intérieur.
La fig. 4 montre enfin, d'une manière schématique, l'assemblage de deux éléments de construction avec un dispositif conforme à l'invention.
La pièce de serrage 1, représentée aux fig. 1 à 3, a un profil en forme de<B>U,</B> dont les ailes parallèles 2, recourbées à angle droit, présentent des gorges 4 qui forment, lorsque deux pièces de serrage sont juxtaposées ailes contre ailes, un logement pour l'organe de fixation de l'élément de construction 3, qu'il s'agit d'assembler avec l'élément contigu.
Pour que l'organe de fixation, par exem ple un boulon 5 (fig. 4), se trouve bien serré entre les ailes des pièces de serrage, lorsque celles-ci sont assemblées au moyen du boulon 6, les rebords des gorges sont chanfreinés sous un angle variant de 15 à 30 par rap port au parement extérieur, dans le but d'ob tenir une bonne adhérence entre l'organe de fixation 5 et l'aile 2 de la pièce de serrage, et cela avant le montage des éléments 7 et 6 et par simple pression, par exemple, par un coup de marteau sur les pièces de serrage 1. De ce fait, les pièces de serrage n'ont plus besoin d'être préalablement fixées aux taquets 7.
Il va sans dire que la têt. de l'organe de fixation 5 est également façonnée à sa base avec un biais d'inclinaison correspondant à celle du rebord de la gorge du logement 4.
La mise en place du dispositif a lieu de la manière suivants. Les éléments 3 sont ali gnés en ordre contigu et les pièces de serrage 1, assemblées par leur boulon 6, sont enga gées sur les organes de fixation 5. On serre les boulons 6, ce qui a pour effet de rappro cher les éléments 3, dont le joint est ainsi recouvert par les taquets 7.
L'avantage procuré au dispositif par le perfectionnement décrit se traduit par une simplification de construction (suppression des vis de fixation des pièces de serrage aux taquets ou couvre-joints) et par une économie de temps due à la rapidité de montage.

The clamping piece 1, shown in fig. 1 to 3, has a <B> U-shaped profile, </B> whose parallel wings 2, curved at right angles, have grooves 4 which form, when two clamping pieces are juxtaposed, wings against wings, a housing for the fixing member of the construction element 3, which has to be assembled with the adjoining element.
So that the fastener, for example a bolt 5 (fig. 4), is tight between the wings of the clamping pieces, when these are assembled by means of the bolt 6, the edges of the grooves are chamfered. at an angle varying from 15 to 30 with respect to the exterior facing, in order to obtain good adhesion between the fixing member 5 and the flange 2 of the clamping piece, and this before the assembly of the elements 7 and 6 and by simple pressure, for example, by a hammer blow on the clamping pieces 1. As a result, the clamping pieces no longer need to be previously fixed to the cleats 7.
It goes without saying that the head. of the fixing member 5 is also shaped at its base with an inclination bias corresponding to that of the rim of the groove of the housing 4.
The device is put in place as follows. The elements 3 are aligned in contiguous order and the clamping pieces 1, assembled by their bolt 6, are engaged on the fixing members 5. The bolts 6 are tightened, which has the effect of bringing the elements 3 closer together, the seal of which is thus covered by the tabs 7.
The advantage provided to the device by the improvement described is reflected in a simplification of construction (elimination of the screws for fixing the clamping parts to the cleats or joint covers) and in a saving of time due to the speed of assembly.
