L'objet de la présente invention est une boite de montre étanche de forme non circulaire comprenant une carrure-lunette, un organe d'emboitage dont ia partie supérieure vient serrer de façon étanche le rebord d'une glace contre une portée de la carrure-lunette, cet organe d'emboitage présentant des verrous s'engageant dans des saignées correspondantes de la carrure pour solidariser ces deux pièces.
On connaît de nombreuses boites de ce type qui présentent le défaut de pouvoir être ouvertes par pression sur la glace, les verrous n'étant pas bloqués.
Dans d'autres boites. on a cherché à bloquer ces verrous par un dispositif de blocage manoeuvrable depuis le fond, mais ces dispositifs, compliqués, s'encrassent et s'oxydent au porter et il est trés difficile de débloquer les verrous aprés un certain temps d'usage.
Le but de l'invention est d'obvier aux inconvénients cités et d'obtenir une boite de montre du type ci-dessus indiqué, qui permet, d'une part, un blocage facile d'au moins un des verrous et, d'autre part, une parfaite étanchéité de la boite.
Cette boite est caractérisée par le fait que ces verrous sont disposés et conformés de manière à comprimer, en outre, un paquetage d'étanchéité disposé entre la partie inférieure de la carrure-lunette et un rebord de l'organe d'emboîtage, ce dernier présentant une ouverture pour la fixation étanche d'un fond, ce fond venant, en position de fermeture, bloquer au moins un desdits verrous dans sa saignée.
Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple deux formes d'exécution d'une boîte selon l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe partielle verticale de la première forme d'exécution.
La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe partielle verticale de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
La fig. 3 est une vue partielle en coupe horizontale selon III III de la fig. I.
La première forme d'exécution de la boite représentée aux fig. I et 3 comprend une carrure-lunette 1 de forme non circulaire, un organe d'emboitage 2 de forme semblable à celle de la carrurelunette I et dont la partie supérieure vient serrer de façon étanche le rebord d'une glace 3 contre une portée 4 de la carrure-lunette I avec interposition d'un paquetage d'étanchéité 5. Cet organe d'emboitage 2 présente des verrous 6 s'engageant dans des sai gnées 7 correspondantes pratiquées dans la carrure-lunette 1.
L'organe d'emboitage est muni d'un rebord 8 destiné à venir comprimer le paquetage d'étanchéité 9 interposé entre la partie inférieure de la carrure-lunette 1 et ce rebord.
Quand les verrous 6 sont en place dans leurs gorges 7 respectives, les deux paquetages 5 et 9 sont comprimés et assurent l'étanchéité entre l'organe d'emboitage et la carrure-lunette I et entre la glace 3 et la carrure-lunette 1, et la fixation de ces éléments entre eux. Une pression sur la glace 3 permet la desolidari- sation de ces éléments.
L'élément d'emboîtage est muni d'une ouverture 10 pour la fixation d'un fond 11. Cette ouverture peut être taraudée comme représenté, et le fond présenter une partie annulaire i la qui est filetée pour son vissage dans l'ouverture 10.
On pourrait aussi prévoir sur cette partie annulaire I la un cran pour la fixation du fond sur l'organe d'emboîtage 2.
La partie supérieure de la partie I la qui porte le filetage ou le cran est prévue pour venir en contact avec la partie interne du verrou 6 lorsque le fond est en position de fermeture de façon à bloquer ce verrou et à empêcher toute ouverture de la boîte par pression sur la glace 3.
Le fond Il est monté de façon étanche comme connu sur l'organe d'emboîtage 2.
Un autre avantage de cette boite est que l'on peut ouvrir le
fond pour effectuer une opération quelconque sur le mouvement
de la montre ou pour changer un organe (pile par exemple) sans
risque de voir le mouvement sortir de la boite.
La deuxième forme d'exécution de la boîte représentée en
fig. 2 présente une carrure-lunette 21 de forme non circulaire, un
organe d'emboîtage en deux pièces 22, 23 dont la partie supé
rieure 22 vient serrer de façon étanche le rebord d'une glace 24
contre une portée 25 de la carrure-lunette 21 au moyen de verrous 26 pénétrant dans des saignées 27 ménagées dans la carrure
lunette I. La partie inférieure 23 de l'organe d'emboitage présente
des verrous 26' pénétrant dans des saignées 27' ménagées dans la
carrure-lunette 21. Ces verrous maintiennent la pression exercée
par le rebord de l'organe d'emboitage sur le paquetage d'étan
chéité interposé entre ce rebord et la partie inférieure de la car
rure-lunette 21.
La partie inférieure 23 de l'élément d'emboîtage est muni
d'une ouverture 30 pour la fixation d'un fond 31. La partie supé
rieure 31a de la partie annulaire filetée est prévue pour venir en
contact avec la partie interne du verrou 26' lorsque le fond est en
position de fermeture de façon à le bloquer.
La partie inférieure 23 de l'élément d'emboîtage porte des
moyens pour le blocage des verrous 26 de la partie supérieure 22
de l'élément d'emboîtage. Ces moyens peuvent être, par exemple,
des goupilles 32 solidaires de l'élément 23.
L'avantage de cette seconde forme d'exécution est que la
partie d'emboîtage supérieure 22 peut être de forme et être obte
nue par découpage. On peut accéder à toutes les parties du
mouvement en enlevant la partie inférieure 23, l'enlèvement du
fond 31 pouvant être réservé pour l'accès à une pile par exemple.
Les verrous des deux formes d'exécution peuvent être réalisés
par des ressorts découpés, par des ressorts-fils, etc.
Cette boite est particulièrement utile pour les mouvements
d'horlogerie électroniques qui peuvent être réglés, in site.
REVENDICATION
Boite de montre étanche de forme non circulaire comprenant
une carrure-lunette, un organe d'emboîtage dont la partie supé
rieure vient serrer de façon étanche le rebord d'une glace contre
une portée de la carrure-lunette, cet organe d'emboîtage présen
tant des verrous s'engageant dans des saignées correspondantes de
la carrure pour solidariser ces deux pièces, caractérisée par le fait
que ces verrous sont disposés et conformés de manière à compri
mer, en outre, un paquetage d'étanchéité disposé entre la partie
inférieure de la carrure-lunette et un rebord de l'organe d'emboî
tage, ce dernier présentant une ouverture pour la fixation étanche
d'un fond, ce fond venant, en position de fermeture, bloquer au
moins un desdits verrous dans sa saignée.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
I. Boite selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que le
fond présente une partie annulaire présentant des moyens de
fixation à l'organe d'emboitage, I'extrémité de cette partie annu
laire bloquant lesdits verrous.
2. Boîte selon la revendication, caractérisée par le fait que
ledit organe d'emboitage est en deux pièces, I'une inférieure et
l'autre supérieure, chacune de ces pièces présentant des verrous, la
pièce inférieure présentant des moyens de blocage des verrous de
la partie supérieure, les verrous de la partie inférieure étant desti
nés à être bloqués par le fond en position de fermeture.

In other boxes. attempts have been made to block these locks by a locking device that can be operated from the bottom, but these complicated devices get dirty and oxidize when worn and it is very difficult to unlock the locks after a certain time of use.
The aim of the invention is to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks and to obtain a watch case of the type indicated above, which allows, on the one hand, easy blocking of at least one of the locks and, of on the other hand, a perfect seal of the box.
This box is characterized by the fact that these locks are arranged and shaped so as to compress, in addition, a sealing package arranged between the lower part of the caseband-bezel and a rim of the casing member, the latter having an opening for the sealed fixing of a base, this base coming, in the closed position, to block at least one of said locks in its groove.
The appended drawing represents by way of example two embodiments of a box according to the invention.

The first embodiment of the box shown in FIGS. I and 3 comprises a caseband-bezel 1 of non-circular shape, a casing member 2 of similar shape to that of the carrurelunette I and the upper part of which tightly tightens the rim of a glass 3 against a bearing surface 4 of the middle-bezel I with the interposition of a sealing package 5. This casing member 2 has bolts 6 engaging in corresponding grooves 7 made in the middle-bezel 1.
The fitting member is provided with a rim 8 intended to compress the sealing package 9 interposed between the lower part of the middle-bezel 1 and this rim.
When the bolts 6 are in place in their respective grooves 7, the two packages 5 and 9 are compressed and provide a seal between the casing member and the middle-bezel I and between the crystal 3 and the middle-bezel 1 , and fixing these elements together. Pressure on the glass 3 allows the separation of these elements.
The casing element is provided with an opening 10 for fixing a bottom 11. This opening can be threaded as shown, and the bottom has an annular part i la which is threaded for screwing into the opening 10. .
It would also be possible to provide on this annular part I la a notch for fixing the base to the casing member 2.
The upper part of part I 1a which carries the thread or the notch is designed to come into contact with the internal part of the lock 6 when the bottom is in the closed position so as to block this lock and prevent any opening of the box. by pressing on the ice 3.
The bottom It is mounted in a sealed manner as known on the casing member 2.
Another advantage of this box is that you can open the
bottom to perform any operation on the movement
of the watch or to change an organ (battery for example) without
risk of seeing the movement out of the box.
The second embodiment of the box shown in
fig. 2 has a caseband 21 of non-circular shape, a
two-piece casing member 22, 23 of which the upper part
top 22 tightens the rim of a mirror 24
against a bearing surface 25 of the middle-bezel 21 by means of bolts 26 penetrating into grooves 27 formed in the middle part
bezel I. The lower part 23 of the fitting member has
locks 26 'penetrating into slits 27' formed in the
middle-bezel 21. These locks maintain the pressure exerted
by the rim of the fitting member on the sealant package
chéité interposed between this edge and the lower part of the car
glasses breaker 21.
The lower part 23 of the casing element is provided
an opening 30 for fixing a bottom 31. The upper part
31a of the threaded annular part is designed to come in
contact with the internal part of the lock 26 'when the bottom is in

The lower part 23 of the fitting element carries
means for blocking the bolts 26 of the upper part 22

upper casing part 22 can be shaped and obtained

bottom 31 which can be reserved for access to a battery for example.
The locks of both embodiments can be achieved
by cut springs, by wire springs, etc.
