Pissoiranlage. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Pissoiranlage, bei welcher die Pissoir schale mit der Nischenwand und dem Siphon gehäuse ein einziges, fugenloses Ganzes bildet.
Die erfindungsgemässe fugenlose Ausbil dung der Pissoiranlage verhindert weitgehend das Festsetzen und die Bildung von Krank heitskeimen aller Art, im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Pissoiranlagen, welche aus mehre ren Teilen bestehen und erst an Ort und Stelle zusammengesetzt werden. Beim Zu sammensetzen dieser Einzelteile bilden sich mehrere Fugen, in denen sich Urinteile fest setzen und allerlei Krankheitskeime ent wickeln können.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine aus zwei Nischen bestehende Pissoiranlage von vorn gesehen, in schaubild licher Darstellung, Fig. 2 die eine Nische der Pissoiranlage im Längsschnitt, Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch eine Pis- soirschale, und das Siphongehäuse in grösse rem Massstab,
und Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch eine Ni schenwand des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels mit Draufsicht auf Pissoirschale und Siphon.
In Fig. 1 bis 3 bezeichnet 1 die Nischen wand einer Pissoiranlage, 2 die Pissoirschale, 3 das Siphongehäuse, 4 eine Fussplatte und 5 die sogenannte Abdeckplatte.
Nischenwand 1, Pissoirschale 2, Siphon gehäuse 3, Fussplatte 4 und Abdeckplatte 5 sind dabei als einziges, fugenloses Ganzes ausgebildet. Wie aus Fig. 2 und 3 ersicht lich ist, ist die Pissoirschale 2 mit einem Kranz von Löchern 6 versehen, die in einen Raum 7 ausmünden, der nach unten durch einen Boden 8 begrenzt ist. Mit 9 ist die am obern Rand mit Durchbrechungen 10 ver sehene Siphonglocke bezeichnet, welche im Siphongehäuse 3 geführt ist und mit dem untern Rand auf einem Flansch 11 eines Stutzens 12 ruht.
Mit 13 ist ein Ablauf stutzen bezeichnet, der das Siphongehäuse mit der Kanalisationsleitung verbindet. Je nach den örtlichen Verhältnissen kann statt des geraden Ablaufrohres 13 ein gebogenes Rohr 13' verwendet werden. Mit 14 ist die bis zum obern Ende des Stutzens 12 reichende, im Siphongehäuse stehende Urinsäule bezeichnet. Zwischen dem Boden 8 und der Siphon glocke 9 befindet sich eine Ölschicht 16, welche zufolge ihres geringeren spezifischen Gewichtes auf der Urinsäule schwimmt.
Ge langt weiter Urin - durch die Bohrungen 6 und 10 in das Siphongehäuse, so sinkt der Urin infolge seines grösseren spezifischen Ge wichtes durch die Ölschicht 15, wobei die Urinsäule 14 im Siphongehäuse entsprechend ansteigt und dabei über den Stutzen 12 über läuft. Durch die Ölschicht 15 wird die Urin säule nach oben abgeschlossen, und es wird dadurch ein Aufsteigen von Urindünsten in an und für sich bekannter Weise verhindert.
Die aus der Pissoirschale, Nischenwand, Siphongehäuse, Abdeckplatte und Fussplatte bestehende fugenlose Einheit kann sowohl zu einem einzigen Stück gegossen oder aber aus einem pressfähigen Material -gefertigt sein. Als Baustoffe hierfür eignen sich insbeson dere Leichtmetalle, Leichtmetallegierungen, Bleche, z. B. rostfreies Stahlblech und Stahl blechlegierungen, sowie Hartgummi und ver arbeitungsfähige Kunstharzpressstoffe, weiter auch Feuerton, Glas und dergleichen. Es ist auch möglich, z.
B. die Abdeck- platte 5 getrennt von der übrigen Einheit herzustellen und zu montieren; Bedingung ist jedoch, dass mindestens die Pissoirschale, die Nischenwand und das Siphongehäuse als unmittelbar der Urinbespülung ausgesetzte Teile zu einem fugenlosen .Ganzen zusammen gefasst sind. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, besitzt die Fussplatte 4 gegen die Pissoir schale 2 hin etwas Gefälle, damit sich all fälliger Urin nicht auf der Fussplatte ansam melt, sondern in die Schale abläuft.
Durch die Anordnung der Fussplatte 4, welche mit der Schale 2 aus einem einzigen Stück be steht, wird verhindert, dass die an den Fuss boden angrenzende Fuge allzunahe an die Pissoirschale zu liegen kommt. Dadurch wird die Gefahr, dass die Bodenfuge ständig von grösseren Urinteilen bespült wird, erheblich vermindert.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 besteht ein Teil der Pissoirschale 2 zusammen mit der Nischenwand 1 aus einem einzigen Stahlblechpressstück. Um eine genügende Konizität der Schale zu erreichen, ist der Abstand der Vertikalmittelachse des Siphon gehäuses von der Vorderkante der Pissoir schale etwas grösser gewählt als vom rück wärtigen Teil der Nischenwand 1. Der vor dere Teil der Pissoirschale ist durch eine eingeschweisste Platte 2c, gebildet, welche zusammen mit der Fussplatte 4 aus einem einzigen Stück besteht.
Im übrigen bilden auch bei diesem Beispiel die Pissoirschale, , die Nischenwand und das Siphongehäuse ein einziges fugenloses Ganzes.

In Fig. 1 to 3, 1 denotes the niche wall of a urinal, 2 the urinal, 3 the siphon housing, 4 a footplate and 5 the so-called cover plate.
Niche wall 1, urinal 2, siphon housing 3, footplate 4 and cover plate 5 are designed as a single, seamless whole. The seamless unit consisting of the urinal bowl, niche wall, siphon housing, cover plate and footplate can either be cast into a single piece or it can be manufactured from a pressable material. As building materials for this are in particular light metals, light metal alloys, sheets, z. B. stainless steel sheet and sheet steel alloys, as well as hard rubber and ver processable synthetic resin molded materials, also fire clay, glass and the like. It is also possible, e.g.

As can be seen from Fig. 2, the footplate 4 has a slight slope towards the urinal bowl 2, so that all due urine does not accumulate on the footplate, but runs off into the bowl.
The arrangement of the footplate 4, which is made of a single piece with the shell 2, prevents the joint adjacent to the floor from coming to rest too close to the urinal bowl. This considerably reduces the risk of the floor joint being constantly washed up with large urine particles.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, part of the urinal bowl 2 together with the niche wall 1 consists of a single pressed sheet steel piece. In order to achieve a sufficient conicity of the bowl, the distance of the vertical center axis of the siphon housing from the front edge of the urinal bowl is chosen to be somewhat larger than from the rear part of the niche wall 1. The front part of the urinal bowl is formed by a welded-in plate 2c, which together with the footplate 4 consists of a single piece.
In addition, in this example, too, the urinal bowl, the niche wall and the siphon housing form a single seamless whole.
