Ire <SEP> @desisin <SEP> annexé <SEP> représente <SEP> partiellement,
<tb> à <SEP> titre <SEP> d'exemple, <SEP> une <SEP> forme <SEP> d'exécution <SEP> de
<tb> Pappaxeiil <SEP> objet <SEP> die <SEP> l'invention.

<tb> coupe, <SEP> ,lie <SEP> @di & & positif <SEP> de <SEP> fermeture <SEP> & <SEP> cet <SEP> appa reil.
<tb>
for mant cylindre.
Fluid dispensing device. In some end-distributor and operator devices, by partially restricting the distribution coniduit by closing a first valve placed in the nozzle,
causes a radiance -of the flow rate below a predetermined value and, consequently, the closing of a valve located upstream in the @eondvi:
t ide distribution, the flow continuing through a bypass, bypassing the valve, until the moment it is closed by a valve cond when the indicator mechanism thickens into a predetermined position, said to be zero.
The operator then completely closes the distribution duct. 'To allow a new distribution, it is necessary to reopen the valve and, to achieve this goal, without acting directly on it, by the simple operation of the nozzle,
we are led to provide for a permanent leak short-circuiting the valve and automatically causing it to reopen: yes. she

<tb> cut, <SEP>, bind <SEP> @di & & positive <SEP> from <SEP> closing <SEP> & <SEP> this <SEP> device.
<tb>
This <SEP> device <SEP> is <SEP> placed <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> nozzle <SEP> 1, <SEP> which <SEP> is <SEP> arranged <SEP> to <SEP> the <SEP> 'end of the <SEP> pipe. hose -of a liquid measuring-distributor device. This device comprises a valve 2, resting on its seat 3.
This valve 2 has in its center an orifice 5, which can be closed by a valve 6, integral with a piston 10: sliding through a part .du -valve 2,
for mant cylinder. A hole 7 permanently communicates the upstream face of the piston 10 of the valve 6 and the part of the nozzle 1 located downstream of the valve 2.
A spring 8, bearing on a collar 9, integral with the valve 2, tends to bring the piston 10 and, consequently, the valve 6 into their closed positions. The force of the spring 8 is sufficient to successfully oppose the action on the valve 6 of the column @ with liquid, filling the flexible pipe and,
consequently, to keep the valve 6 closed. However, this spring 8 is insufficient to keep the valve 6 closed when the pump is operating. The valve 2 is subjected to the action of a spring 11 by ('intermediary of the: collar 9.
The force of # spring 11 is sufficient to keep closed with, clap! And 2 when the flexible pipe is filled with liquid, but insufficient when the pump fonetio, nine and plays for valve 2 a rattle similar to that of spring 8 for valve 6.
The valve 2 can be brought: into the closed position by a rod 14, which can be controlled by the operator by means of a lever:
control 15 protruding outside the nozzle. This rod 14 is subjected to the action of two springs 12 and 13, bearing on spacers 16, fixed on the nozzle 1.
The spring 12 presses on a united part 17 @whose relative movements on the rod 14 are limited by the window 19 and by the pin 20. There. # spring force 12 is suf ficient to keep closed:
the valve 2, regardless of the pressure prevailing in practice upstream of this valve even when the pump is operating. Spring 13. makes it possible to exert sufficient pressure on the valve 6 to keep it closed regardless of the pressure prevailing upstream of this valve, even when the pump is operating. When the rod 14,
under the action of the spring 13, keeps the valve 6, in the closed position, the pin 20 of the rod 14: is not in contact with the part 17, so that, when 'we tend to bring back to the left the rod 14, it must perform a:
some counsie before @ to-train room 17.
The operation is' as follows: When the operator has let go of the control 15, the valves 2 and 6 are kept closed by the springs 12 and 13 whatever the pressure prevailing upstream, .even if the. pump is switched on.
If the operator acts on the control 15, he successively neutralizes the action of the springs 13 and 12. The device can then deliver if the pump is running, the springs 11 and 8 being insufficient to withstand the pressure of the pump. liquid in this case.
When the operator sees that the quantity of demand has been roughly delivered, he releases the lever 15. The valve 2 closes under the action of the spring 12. The valve 6 cannot be closed, because the spring 13, s 'it is sufficient to balance the maximum pressure when it is closed, is insufficient to close the valve 6 when it is open, because the pressure of the liquid which opposes the closing is in fact applied over the entire surface of the piston 10, this pressure being,
moreover, even larger than the orifices 5 and 7 have more different sections.
The: flow therefore continues to be through orifices 5 -and 7. This flow is sufficiently reduced to bring the. closing @de la sou Pape: de Véquipa4ge mobile @de the app, areiq. The flow continues - then by a bypass - until the moment:
where a falling lever. - in the enioo @ che of: the cam, of the indicator mechanism - also cuts this bypass. The flow still continues by a leak bypassing the valve, but the pressure in the space between the piston 10 and the:
valve 2 decreases to such a point that the spring 13 can then cause the closing of the valve 6 and, consequently, total stop @du, flow. The latter can only be resumed by the operator's action on lever 15.
In the event that the reservoir to be filled has a tendency to overflow or, in general, in the event that an immediate stopping of the flow is necessary, it suffices for the operator, by acting on the lever 15,
to positively push the rod 14 to the left despite the opposite pressure of the liquid and with the help of the spring 13 until it valve, by pressing the valve 6, bring # the latter into the closed position e.
It should be noted that this device can be used at the distribution of gases. The advantage of this di, 3position over the previous provisions. eonsist, in Var- rêtdfinitif,
automatic flow regardless of operator action.
In fact, the action of the operator in view of stopping the flow at an integer value consists in releasing the handle of the nozzle a little before the integer value chosen for stopping the flow.
No other operation is necessary to obtain the full and final stop on the entire quantity, which is done by the play of the mechanism itself.
In prior devices, abandoning the nozzle before obtaining the quantity delivered produces the complete stopping of the flow.
We therefore have @in the control of: the nozzle a stopper making it possible to produce the slowing down necessary for the operation of the valve and for the continuation of the -flow until obtaining -the entire quantity. When this is reached,
the automatic valve closes and the flow continues through the bypass provided in this valve to make it possible to open.
If care is not taken at this time to completely close the nozzle, the flow will continue; although its value is reduced, it can cause errors or.
