Metallic tall vessel in which the bottom has a frustoconical corrugated part in the middle. The invention relates to a metallic cooking vessel in which the bottom has a frustoconical corrugated part in the middle, the surface lines of which run from bottom to top obliquely inward to an opening which is approximately in the middle of the upper edge plane of the vessel shell. Metallic cooking vessels of this kind child n d known.
In order to be able to bring the vessel contents, for example water, to the desired temperature as economically as possible, i.e. quickly and with little fuel expenditure, tapers according to the invention, in contrast to the vertical vessel jackets of the above-mentioned known vessels , the jacket is step-shaped from the top edge to the bottom of the vessel and merges at the bottom into a ring-shaped, arched part, which, with its bent-up edge, adjoins the frustoconical jacket-shaped bottom part. Not only does this vessel jacket have a larger heating surface than a corresponding vertical vessel jacket, but because of the step-like design, a series of more or less horizontal, ring-shaped surfaces is created.
This benefits intimate contact between the heating gases and the Gefässman tel. The annular arched bottom part also promotes heating. The upturned edge of this bottom part can be properly united ver by welding with the frustoconical shell-shaped bottom part; The transition of the known cooking vessels at this point, which gives rise to licking, is avoided here.
A cooking vessel is already known in which the lower, smaller part of the Gefässman means tapers in steps. In this known cooking vessel, however, the greater part of the vessel jacket is smooth and the bottom is practically flat. The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the invention.
1 shows a side view on the right and a section on the left; Fig. 2 is a bottom view.
FIG. 3 shows a section along the line I-I in FIG. 1.
The vessel shown has a casing 1 which tapers in steps from top to bottom and which merges at 2 into a ring-shaped, arched base part 3, which merges into a truncated cone-shaped, corrugated base part 4 on the inside. Its surface lines run from bottom to top obliquely inward to the upper edge plane of the shell 1 to a central opening of the part 4. On the shell 1, a ringför-shaped cover 6 is attached, the central Publ opening 7 with a loose cover 8 is closed , which rests on the inner edge 9 of the fixed lid. With a dispensing spout is designated.
