Flüssigkeits-Kolbenmaschine.
Liquid piston machine. It is known to use as fluid gears, pumps and motors, fluid piston machines, which one respectively. have two cylinder stars that rotate around a hollow pin containing the suction and pressure channels. The pistons sliding in the cylinders are guided through a drum which, depending on the desired flow rate and direction, is in a specific position eccentric to the hollow pin.
To change the delivery rate, either the drum can be moved against the fixed hollow pin with the directly driven cylinder star or, conversely, the hollow pin with the cylinder star against the directly driven drum.
The invention relates to a liquid piston machine with a cylinder star rotating around a central journal provided with a suction and pressure chamber and an eccentric drum that moves the pistons and rotates in the same direction. In order to bring the efficiency of such a machine as high as possible and to maintain it, it is necessary to keep away from sliding surfaces, which serve as sealing surfaces against the pressure medium, forces which act perpendicularly on the sealing surfaces.
On the one hand, the friction work is kept small by this measure, on the other hand, the wear on the sealing surfaces is kept as small as possible, which means that the steering losses remain equally small and the efficiency remains the same during the entire service life of the piston engine. Furthermore, any sliding movement between parts that have to transmit large forces should be avoided as far as possible, and rolling friction should be introduced for this purpose.
In order to: meet these requirements, the connection between piston and. Drum made by a pressure rod, \, which on the one hand has a ball head in the piston:
is rotatably, but immovably mounted, and "on the other hand with a cylinder running with its axis through the center of the ruble head, the curved hobbing foot is supported against a flat rolling surface that is attached to the inside of the drum, and which has two involute surfaces at the foot, lay the sielt against at least two rollers stored in the drum.
The involute surfaces place themselves against the rollers mounted on the drum in such a way that the pressure rod is prevented from lifting off from and sliding of the pressure rod on the rolling surface. is avoided.
The subject of the invention is shown, for example, in FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 7 showing the cross section through the cylinder star and the drum, FIG. 2 showing the piston with part of the piston rod on a larger scale.
The cylinder star 11, which consists, for example, of seven radially directed cylinders, is rotatably mounted on the wooden peg 14 with its hub 12, which has slots 13 associated with each cylinder. The cavity of this pin 14 is divided by the intermediate wall 27 into the two channels 28 and 29, which slots through the cutouts 30 and 31 in connection with the cylinder 13 are.
A piston 15 slides in each cylinder, which, as FIG. 2 shows, is held on the ball head 18 of the pressure rod 19 by a two-part sleeve 17 secured by a snap ring 16. The push rod 19 has at its other end the bent foot 20 with its axis going through the center of the ball head cylinder, which is on the piston respectively. Opposite his cylinder, standing perpendicular to the axis of this cylinder and on the inside of the drum is brought flat surface 21 is supported.
It is achieved that the connecting line of the ball head center with the contact point of the cylinder surface 20 and the flat surface 21 always falls in the axis of the cylinder 11 and thus also the force acting in this connecting line. The push rod foot 20 has the involute surfaces 22 at both ends, which are guided by the rollers 23 mounted on these in the drum 1. The shape of the involute surfaces 2 2 results from the fact that when the flat surface 21 rolls on the cylindrical surface of the foot 20, the axes of the rollers 23 connected to this surface 21 describe involutes and parallel to them at a distance of the radius of the rollers 223 both ends of the pressure rod base 20 are processed.
