In der beigefügten Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung nebst Detailvarianten dargestellt; es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen axialen Längsschnitt durch eine Kolbenmaschine, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie A-A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, 4 und 5 je ein Detail bezw. eine Detailvariante dieser Kolbenmaschine;
Somit beträgt: P=F.p und <I>F = L .
B -</I><B>(2f</B> sin 10 -I- 2 f sin 50 -i- f) <I>= L .
Die Kreuzschleifenkupplung könnte auch umgekehrt so gestaltet sein, dass, der in die sem Falle flache Grundring 33 auf jeder Seite ein Paar um 180 voneinander distan- zierte Nuten 34 in kreuzweiser Anordnung trägt, während die Gleitzapfen oder die Zap fen mit den Wälzlagern 35 an den um laufenden Organen 3 und 7 bezw. 17 an gebracht sind. Die Wirkung einer derart ge stalteten, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestell ten Kupplung würde sich von derjenigen der zuerst beschriebenen Art nicht unterscheiden;
Abtriebswelle erforderlich.
High pressure liquid piston machine. The present invention relates to a high-pressure liquid piston machine with a continuously variable piston stroke, in which the piston cells are installed in a circumferential star cylinder block with internally imposed pistons, i.e. where the working pistons are arranged radially in the cylinder block and their pressure surfaces face the axis of rotation of the cylinder block.
The piston machine according to the invention can work as a pump or as a liquid motor, in the former case the stepless piston stroke change is used to control the amount of För and in the latter case to control the speed. This piston machine is characterized in that a rotor shell interacting with the piston rotates in a fixed position, while the rotating star cylinder block is rotatably mounted on a non-rotating axis which is arranged parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor shell and which allows the piston stroke to be continuously changed during operation - perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotating rotor shell can be shifted ben.
In the accompanying drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown along with detailed variants; 1 shows an axial longitudinal section through a piston engine, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line A-A in FIG. 1, FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 each with a detail or a detailed variant of this piston machine;
Fig. 6 is an axial longitudinal section through another embodiment; Fig. 7 is a cross section taken along line B-B in Fig. 6; Fig. 8 shows the longitudinal section through a further embodiment and Fig. 9 shows a cross section along the line C-C in Fig. B.
On the journal 1 of a non-rotating axis 2, a rotating star cylinder block 3 is rotatably mounted. This star cylinder block is provided with radially directed piston cells 4, the pistons 5 of which have their pressure surface turned towards the center of rotation, from which direction the working fluid flows to them. The axis 2 is not rotatable, but it can only be moved perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, which is always parallel to the axis of rotation 6, so that the amount of eccentricity of the axis 2 with respect to the axis of rotation 6 from zero to the maximum amount e can be changed in both opposite directions.
The star cylinder block 3 is surrounded by a rotor shell 7 which is non-rotatably connected to the shaft 8 in such a way that the two parts 7 and 8 together form a rigid whole rotating around the axis 6. This makes it possible to support both parts in a common bearing 9.
To transmit the force from the piston to the rotating rotor shell 7, or vice versa, inside the latter, each piston is assigned a chord-like sliding surface 10, against which its foot surface 11, which is perpendicular to the piston axis, is supported, and on which it can slide freely during rotation, due to the eccentricity between the rotation axis 6 and the axis 2, so that, apart from frictional forces, no forces other than those directed parallel to the piston axis can act on the piston.
Rotor schalo 7 and sliding surfaces 10 are built in one piece according to FIGS. 1 and 2. To facilitate the adjustability, however, according to FIG. 5, the sliding pieces can be designed as separate segments 12 which are set and tightened in an annular groove 15 in the rotor shell 7 by means of threaded bolts 13 and courage 14.
Because the piston and cylinder walls are practically free from side pressures, no friction losses and wear and tear that exceed normal levels can occur. In order to reduce the friction between the sliding surface 10 and the piston base surface 11, each piston can be provided with a channel drilled through its longitudinal axis which opens into a cavity 16 provided in the piston base.
The pressure fluid pressed through this channel into the cavity 16 with each working stroke of the piston causes a pressure relief of the piston base and thus a considerable reduction in the friction losses between the two surfaces. The same channel also serves to supply a lubricant in the event that the pressure fluid is a lubricating fluid.
Instead, sufficient lubrication can also be achieved by drilling only a few small channels 11 'into the piston base outside the piston cross-section, through which duct fluid running along the piston can get between the sliding surfaces. For power transmission can also, as shown in Fig. 6 and 7 is shown, between the piston 5 and the rotor shell 17 connecting rods 18, the head of which is articulated by means of bolts 19 on the rotor shell. Be used.
It is possible to design the connecting rod joints as sliding as well as ZVäazla.ger.
As mentioned at the beginning, is the piston stroke and therefore also the delivery rate continuously variable within certain limits, depending on the respective size of the eccentricity of the non-rotating axis? compared to the axis of rotation 6. If the eccentricity reaches the maximum amount, e. then the piston stroke = 2e. The adjustment of the non-circumferential axis 2 can be accomplished according to FIGS. 1, 2, 6 and 7 by means of a radially arranged threaded spindle 20 with edge wheel 21, the head 22 of the axis 2 running in a linear guide 23.
But it can also, according to FIGS. 8 and 9, instead of running in a C = eradfrih "ung, zii, be mounted on a swivel arm 2.1 whose axis of rotation \? :) parallel to the transmission axis 6 and under half of the same in the housing wall In this case, the adjustment will no longer take place in a straight line, but rather according to an arc of a circle, the radius of which is the effective length of the swivel arm.
The handwheel and the spindle for realizing the adjustment are then expediently relocated to the upper part of the machine housing and then engage a correspondingly designed extension of the swivel arm 24 (FIGS. 8 and 9). This arrangement offers the advantage that the supply and discharge channels of the pressure fluid for the non-rotating axis 2 can be moved into the pivot arm 24, where the flexible lines 26 outside the machine housing (see FIGS. 1 and 6) are then eliminated and can be replaced by rigid lines 27.
Those channels run in the arm 24 in its longitudinal direction from the axis 2 to the axis 25. The axis 2 can move from the neutral central position, in which the piston stroke is equal to zero, in either of the two opposite directions perpendicular to its longitudinal axis the same maximum path e.
By shifting the axis beyond the central position to the opposite side, it is possible to bezw the suction. Inlet phase and the pressure or Exchange the outlet phase, where the flow of working fluid flows in the opposite direction. If the machine works as a pump here, the pressure and suction sides are interchanged, which is important, for example, when operating hydraulic controls or the like. If, on the other hand, the machine is working as a motor, this measure reverses its direction of rotation.
Instead of the spindle 20 with handwheel 21, a servomotor could also be provided.
In the non-rotating axis 2 longitudinal channels 28, 29 are attached for the supply and discharge of the working liquid. One or more interconnected channels can be arranged parallel to one another. In the drawing, for example, four channels are shown, of which two each Chen form an interconnected pair, which respectively in the same recess 30. 31 in the journal 1 of the star cylinder block 3 (see Figs. 2 and 7) einmün det.
In one of these recesses, for example 30, the channels leading to the pressure line open out, while the other recess 31 is in communication via the channels assigned to it with the collection vessel of the liquid not shown in the drawing. Through this system of appropriately alternating recesses and cylinder surfaces in the journal of the cylinder star, the individual piston cells are opened and closed as they rotate, without valves of any kind being required.
During about half a revolution of the cylinder star, for example, along the upper semicircle of the orbit, the pressure resp. Outlet phase, while along the lower semicircle of the orbit the suction respectively. Entry phase prevails. After he followed a reversal, however, by moving the star cylinder block to the opposite side, these functions are reversed.
If the machine is running as a pump, the inlet phase is depressurized; the skip phase, on the other hand, is under pressure. But if the machine runs as Motar, then the situation is reversed.
So that the pressure prevailing in the pressure line and in the recess connected to the same in the journal 1 does not cause excessive one-sided pressures between the journal and star cylinder block 3, the area ratio between the control opening 30 and 30 respectively. 31 and the sum of the cylinder bores in the star cylinder block that work together at the same time must be coordinated so that
that the greatest possible balance of forces takes place. Care must be taken to ensure that the pressure on the suction side of the machine acting as a pump is high enough to prevent the harmful ingress of air between the journal and the star cylinder block.
This is explained below using an example: If one imagines the star cylinder block without the radial cylinder bores, then a force P = F '<I> would be applied to its central running surface due to the fluid pressure <I> p </I>. p </I> exerted on it, where P is the resultant of all fluid pressures, tap perpendicular to the projection of a recess in the barrel; <I> F '= L. B, </I> where <I> L </I> is the projected length and B is the width of the recess in the trunnion.
This area F 'is now reduced by the sum of the projected, rectangular assumed running surfaces f of the radial cylinder bores opening into the central running surface. According to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, the star cylinder block 9 has evenly distributed, i.e. 40 spaced apart cylinder bores, of which a maximum of 5 can be under pressure at the same time (see upper half of FIG. 2). Thus: P = F.p and <I> F = L.
B - </I> <B> (2f </B> sin 10 -I- 2 f sin 50 -i- f) <I> = L. B - 2 f </I> (sin 10 -I- sin 50 -I- 0.5) You have it in your hand by choosing the dimensions of F 'and f and the number of radial cylinder holes accordingly to bring the remaining area F to a dimension that is sufficient to achieve sufficient pressure on the opposite suction side to avoid air being drawn in.
This applies to all positions of the cylinder block with respect to the recesses in the journal and to any number of radial cylinder bores.
Star cylinder block 3 and rotor shell 7 respectively. 17 must inevitably when rotating - regardless of the changeable eccentricity of their two circulation centers - always have the same angular position to each other; therefore they have to run at the same angular velocity.
For this purpose, a coupling 32 designed as a cross-loop coupling is inserted between the rotor shell and the star cylinder block, which has the task of relentlessly transferring the torques from one to the other of these two organs, while simultaneously eliminating all forces acting in other directions.
This cross-loop coupling has a base ring 33 (see Fig. 4), which has two guide pins or cams spaced 180 apart from each other on a circle on each side in a cross arrangement so that the pin or cam pair on one side is 90 compared to that on the other side is offset.
Each pin or cam pair can slide alternately with minimal friction in appropriately angeord designated grooves 34 in the rotor shell and in the star cylinder block, one pin or cam pair interacting with the grooves in the rotor shell and the other with the ones in the star cylinder block.
In order to reduce the friction and thus the friction losses caused thereby as much as possible, according to FIG. 4, pins with roller bearings 35 can also be attached to the cross-loop coupling instead of the sliding pins or sliding cams. These -eWälz- bearings can bezw in the corresponding grooves 34 in the rotor shell 7 or 17. Roll freely in the star cylinder block 3.
Fig. 3 conveys a concept of the mode of operation of the cross loop clutch. While. which shifts one gear part relative to the other by an amount of eccentricity e, the coupling ring 32 inevitably follows it by the same amount (from the extended to the dash-dotted position) by the dashed lines in the vertical axis, behind the ring on the same fixed roller bearing through the lateral boundary surfaces of the driving grooves 34 of the union part in question without generating friction.
At the same time, the solid indicated on the front ring side, located in the horizontal axis, two rolling bearings change their position by the amount e, each of the same on a boundary surface of the driving grooves 34 with a minimum of friction rolls. When the gearbox continuously revolves, there is only a fortwäh rendes rolling of the roller bearings in their takeruten with minimal friction losses, the respective length of the rolling path of each.
Rolling bearing is equal to the amount of mutual eccentricity of the two transmission parts, between which the cross-loop coupling is arranged.
The cross-loop coupling could also be designed in such a way that, in this case, the base ring 33, which is flat in this case, has a pair of grooves 34 spaced 180 apart from one another in a cross arrangement on each side, while the sliding pin or the pin with the roller bearings 35 on the to running organs 3 and 7 respectively. 17 are attached. The effect of such a ge, in the drawing not dargestell th coupling would not differ from that of the type described first;
on the other hand, a simplification of the construction and thus a corresponding reduction in price could occur under certain circumstances. This coupling is completely rigid in the direction of rotation, but allows during rotation, even with the transmission of the greatest torque and with a maximum eccentricity of the parallel axes of the two revolving organs, the space between the same to change practically smoothly in both directions from e to zero . The high degree of efficiency of the machine is largely due to the effect of this important organ.
The explained constructions of the Kol benmaschine make the use of stuffing boxes superfluous. This means that there is no need for the element to consume much force, which also contributes to increasing the efficiency of the machine.
A piston machine of the type described, be it, its pump or a motor, is always used in conjunction with another machine. If it runs as a pump, it must be driven by a motor (electric motor, hydraulic or thermal motor). On the other hand, if it runs as a motor, it will drive a force-absorbing machine. The piston machine according to the invention can be combined with any of the aforementioned machines.
The fact that the rotor shell 7 respectively. 17 with the ad or. From the drive shaft 8 is combined into a rigid whole, a one-sided mounting of the rotor shell 7 or respectively is sufficient. 17 together with its shaft 8 expediently in a bearing of the machine interacting with the piston machine and directly on its shaft. The bearing 9 of this machine 36 is designed for the storage of the rotor shell as for the centering and fastening of the Getriebegehäu ses.
However, as shown in FIG. 8, the piston machine can also be used as an independent machine with its own attachment and / or operation. Output shaft 37 be formed. In this case too, the rotor shell is mounted on one side; However, it is then a second bearing 38 for the BEZW. Output shaft required.
