Laufkran.
Overhead crane. The invention relates to an overhead traveling crane with a crane truck and trolley, and it aims to be the design of such a crane in such a way that loads can be picked up and set off by the hoist outside the area covered by the crane truck.
According to the invention, the trolley with the hoist in a carrier is arranged to be movable, which is slidably mounted in the direction of movement of the trolley beneath the crane carriage by guides attached to this stationary. is; and these guides are designed in such a way that they can absorb forces both in the direction of the load and in opposing forces.
By moving the carrier receiving the trolley with respect to the crane truck, it is possible to lift loads outside of the space covered by the crane truck respectively. put off.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the trolley is coupled to the displaceable carrier in such a way that a displacement of the trolley also results in a displacement of the carrier.
The overhead traveling crane according to the invention offers particular advantages for loading and unloading closed wagons, in particular closed railway wagons.
In the following, an embodiment 'of the invention is described with reference to the drawing, wherein the movable carrier is referred to as a boom. In the drawing show:
1 the overhead traveling crane in side view, partly in section, FIG. 2 the same in plan, FIG. 3 the overhead traveling crane with extended boom, FIG. 4 a cross section through the overhead traveling crane, FIG. 5 the arrangement of the overhead traveling crane in a railway - resp. Motor vehicle, FIG. 6 is a plan view of FIG. 5,
FIG. 7 shows the arrangement of the traveling crane in a loading hall, FIG. 8 shows a floor plan for FIG. 7.
The crane truck consists of a frame 1, which is composed of two parallel longitudinal members 2 with a U-shaped cross section and two cross members 3 made of angle iron. The angle irons each carry two rollers 4. The associated rails 6 are attached to the angle iron: 5. The running rails 6 have a U-shaped cross section; the lower flanges 6a, (Fig. 3) form the track for the rollers 4; the upper flan's 6b form guides that prevent lifting of the crane truck 1 when it is raised either around the right or around the left rollers.
Lm to prevent inclination of the car in the guides 6, rails 7 are also attached to the angle iron 3 from angle iron.
The boom 8 is arranged just below the crane truck. It consists (Feg. -1) of two wide-flanged double-T-beams 9, which are ver by flat iron 10 connected to each other. To guide the boom on the crane car are pairs of rollers 11, which are fastened on both sides of the crane car at the ends and in the middle of the car on this be. The rollers 11 are mounted on pins 12 which are used in U-shaped, iron formed from profile supports 13. These beams are via angle irons I.-1 and 1.5 with the beams? the crane truck connected.
The diameter of the rollers 11 corresponds approximately to the inner spacing of the outer flan's 9a of the double-T-beams 9. The rollers 1 are therefore able to prevent tilting of the boom in the extended state, that is, the rollers take both Forces in the direction of the load as well as opposing forces. The inner lower flanges 9b of the double T-beams 9 serve as running rails for the rollers 16 of the trolley 17, which a hoist 18 carries. The end faces of the trolley 17 are each connected to the crane truck 1 by a chain 19.
The chains 19 are guided over chain wheels 20 which are rotatably mounted on the end faces of the boom 8. The attachment to the crane truck takes place .li lever arms 21, which can be adjusted by screws 22 for the purpose of tensioning the chains.
The coupling of the trolley with the crane has the consequence that each displacement of the trolley ehie displacement of the boom 8 by half the amount.
The displaceability of the boom 8, the length of which corresponds to that of the crane truck, is limited to about half its length be. so that, as can be seen in FIG. 3, the boom in the extended state is guided and held by the roller pairs in the center of the crane carriage and by the roller pairs attached to one end of the crane carriage, with the roller pair seated in the middle in the direction of upward forces records.
When it is moved, the boom leaves one of the pairs of rollers at the end. This changes the unsupported and guided length of the boom. The introduction of the boom onto the respective free guide rollers 11 when moving in is facilitated by the fact that as a result of the coupling of the trolley with the crane wa.gen the load reaches approximately the center of the crane car when the end of the boom reaches the free guide rollers. In Fig. 5 is; 23 denotes a car body, which can be the upper part of both a railroad and a motor vehicle.
This is in the drawing by the simultaneous representation of a railway or. a vehicle wheel has been expressed. Specifically, 24 denotes the roof and 25 the side walls of the closed car. On the end walls there are three doors (not shown) on each side. The crane truck 1 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the car body 23, while the boom 8 can be extended through the doors, as can be seen in FIG. 5 NEN.
7 and 8 show the arrangement of the traveling crane in a workshop or warehouse. The hoist 28 sitting on the trolley 17 is designed here with an electric drive. The guide rails for the rollers of the crane car are attached in a known manner to the post 27 of the hall. The usability of the crane is evident from the two figures. It can be seen that loads not only recorded in room I, but also in rooms II and III, respectively. can be discontinued.
For example, loads can be picked up in room II and deposited in room III.
