Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen liondensationsprodulctes. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Konden sationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Stearins-äurehydrazi.d mit Fructose in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.
Als Lösungsmittel kann man beispiels weise Eisessig oder Alkohol verwenden. Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in der Wärme, z. B. bei 60--S0 , vorgenommen.
Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt ein gelblich gefärbtes Pulver dar, das von war mem Wasser zu einer schwach getrübten Lösung aufgenommen wird, die beim Kochen in Gegenwart von Mineralsäuren eine Zer setzung erleidet. Das. neue Kondensations produkt kann als Tegtilhilfsstoff, z. B. als Netzmittel, verwendet werden. <I>Beispiel:</I> 6 Gewichtsteile Stearinsäurehydrazid werden in 20 Volumenteilen Eisessig heiss gelöst.
Nach Zugabe von 5,4 Gewichtsteilen Fructose wird,die Lösung während <B>30</B> Minu- ten auf 60-70 erwärmt. Dabei entsteht eine Trübung, welche am Schlusse der Reaktion abfiltriert wird. Eine Probe der klaren Lö sung ist in Wasser mit schwach opaler Trü bung löslich. Aus dem Filtrat wird das Kon densationsprodukt mit Äther ausgefällt und abfiltriert. Nach dem Trocknen im Vakuum bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur wird ein gelb.

The new condensation product is a yellowish colored powder that is absorbed by war mem water to form a slightly cloudy solution that decomposes when boiled in the presence of mineral acids. The. new condensation product can be used as Tegtilhilfsstoff, z. B. can be used as a wetting agent. <I> Example: </I> 6 parts by weight of stearic acid hydrazide are dissolved in 20 parts by volume of hot glacial acetic acid.
After adding 5.4 parts by weight of fructose, the solution is heated to 60-70 minutes for <B> 30 </B> minutes. This creates a cloudiness which is filtered off at the end of the reaction. A sample of the clear solution is soluble in water with a slightly opal cloudiness. The condensation product is precipitated from the filtrate with ether and filtered off. After drying in vacuo at ordinary temperature, it turns yellow.
Lent colored powder obtained which dissolves in water in the warmth with a slight cloudiness.
The aqueous solution undergoes decomposition when cooked in the presence of mineral acids.
