Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Benzolsulfonsäureamidverbindung. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 4-Dibrom- methyl-benzolsulfonsäureamid, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man ein 4-Dibrom- methyl-benzolsulfonsäurehaJogeni.d mit Am moniak umsetzt. Die Umsetzung wird zweck mässig bei Temperaturen unter 60 durchge führt.
Das erhaltene neue Produkt bildet farb lose Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 174 . Es soll als pharmazeutisches Produkt bezw. als Zwischenprodukt zum Aufbau von pharma zeutischen Produkten Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>35</B> g 4-Dibrommethyl-benzoIsulfonsäure- ch lorid werden in 100 cm' Alkohol gelöst. In die Lösung trägt man 25 cm' 20 % iges wäss- riges Ammoniak ein, wobei man .die Tempe ratur nicht über 40-50 steigen lässt.
Beim Abkühlen erstarrt die Lösung zu einem Kristallbrei von 4 - Dibrommethyl - benzol- sulfonsäureamd. Es wird nach. dem Absau gen gut ausgewaschen und aus Alkohol in Form farbloser Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 174 erhalten.
