Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Benzolsulfonsäureamidverbindung. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 4-Chlor- methyl-benzolsulfonsäureamid, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man ein 4-Chlor- methyl-benzolsulfonsäurehalogenid mit Am- moniali: umsetzt.
Das neue Verfahrensprodukt bildet glän zende Blättchen vom Schmelzpunkt 165 . Es soll als pharmazeutisches Produkt bezw. als Zwischenprodukt zum Aufbau von phar mazeutischen Produkten Verwendung finden. Beispiel: In die Lösung von 23 g 4-Chlormethyl- benzolsulfonsäurechlorid in 75 cm' Alkohol werden unter Kühlung und Rühren 20 cm3 20 /oiges wässriges Ammoniak zutropfen ge lassen. Die Temperatur wird dabei unter 20 gehalten und nach Zugabe des Ammoniaks noch 10-15 Minuten weiter gerührt.
Es bil det sieh ein dicker Kristallbrei des 4-Chlor- methyl-benzolsulfonsäureamids, das nach dem Absaugen mit Wasser gut ausgewaschen wird. Aus Alkohol erhält man es in glän zenden Blättchen vom Schmelzpunkt 165 .

The new process product forms shiny flakes with a melting point of 165. It should bezw as a pharmaceutical product. find use as an intermediate in the construction of pharmaceutical products. Example: 20 cm3 of 20% aqueous ammonia are added dropwise to the solution of 23 g of 4-chloromethylbenzenesulfonic acid chloride in 75 cm of alcohol, while cooling and stirring. The temperature is kept below 20 and, after the ammonia has been added, stirring is continued for 10-15 minutes.
A thick crystal slurry of 4-chloromethyl-benzenesulfonic acid amide forms, which is washed out thoroughly with water after suction. It is obtained from alcohol in shiny leaves with a melting point of 165.
