  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Hydrazinverbindung.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des in der  Schweizer Patentschrift     Nr.262276    beschrie  benen 1,4 -     Dihydrazino    -     plithalazins,    welches       dadurch    gekennzeichnet ist, dass man eine       Verbindung    der     Poianel

    worin X     lind    Y austauschfähige     Substituenten     und wenigstens einer davon eine     Amino-          -ruppe    bedeuten, mit     Hydrazin    umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in     An-          wesenheit    von Verdünnungsmitteln, allenfalls       auch    in Gegenwart von Kondensationsmitteln,  vorteilhaft bei erhöhter Temperatur,     durch-          #-"eführt.    Sofern die als Ausgangsstoffe ver  wendeten Verbindungen neu sind, lassen sie  sieh nach an sich bekannten     Methoden    ge  winneu.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  1     Gewichtsteil        1.-Piperidino-4-clilor-phtlial-          azin    werden in einem Gemisch von 5     Volum-          l        eilen        Hi        drazinhydrat    und 2     Volumteilen          n-Pi-olivlalkohol    während einiger Stunden  zum Sieden erhitzt.

   Nach dem Erkalten und  anschliessendem 2tägigem Stehen bei etwa. 0   wird das gebildete     1,4-Dihvdrazino-phthalazin          abgesaugt.    Durch     Umkristallisieren    aus Was-         ser,    wobei die heisse Lösung filtriert wird,  erhält man das Produkt rein; F. = 189  un  ter Zersetzung. Man kann aus dem Rohpro  dukt direkt das Sulfat vom F. = 236      (Zers.)          gewinnen        durch    Aufnehmen in wenig heisser       2-n-Schwefelsäure.     



  Das als     ALugangsprodukt    verwendete     Pi-          peridino-clilor-plithalazin    wird leicht aus     Di-          elilorplitlialazin    und     Piperidin    durch Erwär  men der Komponenten in     benzoliseher    Lösung  erhalten. Es     scldhilzt    bei     132 .

  The piperidino-clilor-plithalazine used as an aliquot is easily obtained from di-elilorplitlialazine and piperidine by heating the components in a benzene solution. It drops to 132.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung des in der Schweizer Patentschrift Nr.262276 beschrie benen 1,4-Dihvdrazino-phthalazins, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0049 worin X und Y austauschfähige Substituenten und wenigstens einer davon eine Amino- gruppe bedeuten, mit 1Tydrazin umsetzt. UNTER-ANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet., dass man 1-Piperidino-4-chlor- phthalazin als Ausgangsstoff verwendet. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of the 1,4-Dihvdrazino-phthalazins described in Swiss Patent No. 262276, characterized in that a compound of the formula EMI0001.0049 where X and Y are exchangeable substituents and at least one of them is an amino group, with 1-tydrazine.
