Schutzvorrichtung zum Aufsetzen an Fahrrädern. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Schutzvorrichtung zum Aufsetzen an Fahrrädern, mit einem den Fahrer und das Rad zu schützen bestimmten länglichen Schirmtuch, durch welches der Radfahrer vor Regen, Wind und gälte geschützt werden soll.
Die Schutzvorrichtung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass das an einem Haltearm be- festigte und mittels: Streben spannbare Tuch mit seinem einen Einschnitt aufweisenden untern. Teil an der Voriderradgabel befestig- bar ist, während -der Haltearm mittels einer Bride an der Lenkstange befesti.gbar ist, ,das Ganze derart,
dass das Tuch bei Nicht gebrauch um den Haltearm herum zusammen <B>gelegt</B> werden kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel .des Erfindungs- gegenstaüdes ist auf der beiliegenden Zeich nung dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 die Schutzvorrichtung in Vorder ansicht, Fig. 2 :dieselbe in Seitenansicht im Längs schnitt und Fig. 3 die Schutzvorrichtung in Anwen dung an einem Fahrrad.
1 ist das am Haltearm 2 befestigte sowie mittels der Streben 3 spannbare, längliche Schirmtuch, .das an seinem untern Teil einen Einschnitt 4 aufweist. In diesen Einschnitt 4 tritt beim Aufsetzen der Schutzvorrichtung auf das Fahrrad das Vorderrad.
Der untere Teil des Tuches 1 wird bei 5 an der Vorder radgabel befestigt. Der Haltearm 2,,der mit tels einer federnden Bride 6 an der Lenk stange 7 befestigt wird, ist zweckmässig mit einem Gelenk versehen, durch das ein be quemes Anpassen des Haltearmes 2 am Fahr rad ermöglicht wird. Beim Parkieren des Fahrrades kann der Schirm mach Lösen des untern Teils von der Radgabel nach rück wärts geschwenkt werden, wodurch das ganze Fahrrad gegen Niederschlug geschützt wird.
Das Tuch der Schutzvorrichtung bezw. wenigstens der obere Teil des Schirmes be- steht zweckmässig aus transparentem Stoff.
D,ar Haltearm 2 kann auch aus zwei teleskop- artig ineinanders-chiebbaren Teilen bestehen, indem ein Schirmstock in ein Stahlrohr ein geschoben wird, wobei an sich bekannte -Mit tel vorzusehen sind, die den an das Rohr eingeschobenen Schirmstock .derart sichern, ,dass er -durch Unbefugte nicht entfernt wer- den kann.
Da die Schutzvorr7chtun;- wie ein gewöhnlicher Schirm um den Haltearm herum zusammenlegbar ist und der Haltearm Z ge lenkig ausgebildet ist, kann das Ganze in zu sammengelegtem Zustande bequem am Rah men des Fahrrades befestigt werden. Die dar gestellte Schutzvorrichtung ist in Gebrauehs- stellung am Fahrrad in einer Art und Weise befestigt, dass der Fahrer beim Lenken des Fahrrades nicht behindert wird.
Zudem Ist sowohl der Fahrer wie das Fahrrad -eren Nässe geschützt.

1 is the elongated screen cloth which is fastened to the holding arm 2 and which can be tensioned by means of the struts 3, which has an incision 4 on its lower part. The front wheel enters this incision 4 when the protective device is placed on the bicycle.
The lower part of the cloth 1 is attached to the front wheel fork at 5. The support arm 2, which is attached by means of a resilient clamp 6 to the handlebar 7 is conveniently provided with a hinge through which a be quemes adjustment of the support arm 2 is made possible on the bike. The holding arm 2 can also consist of two telescopically telescoping parts by pushing an umbrella stick into a steel tube, whereby known means are to be provided that secure the umbrella stick pushed onto the tube,, that it cannot be removed by unauthorized persons.
Since the protective device can be folded up around the holding arm like an ordinary umbrella and the holding arm Z is articulated, the whole can be conveniently attached to the frame of the bicycle in the collapsed state. The protective device presented is attached to the bicycle in the use position in such a way that the driver is not hindered when steering the bicycle.
