Elektromotorisch angetriebenes Klein-Iiebezeug.
Electric motor-driven small toys. The invention relates to small hoists, such as winches, pulley blocks and the like. With drive of the hoist by an electric motor. So far, the brake, without which a hoist cannot function, has generally also been actuated electromagnetically.
The brake magnets, however, have a large disadvantage. They become big and heavy and take up a lot of electricity; they easily become too hot if the operation requires a large number of braking operations in the unit of time; They also wear out a lot and, especially when there is a change in the power supply, generate disturbing noise.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, according to the invention the brake is operated hydraulically, namely it is hydraulically ventilated. In addition, in order to ensure that the lifting motor and brake work together correctly, the lifting motor is also controlled hydraulically. And finally, the fluid pressure is only generated when it is needed.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment for the invention is shown schematically, and. a winch driven by a three-phase motor with a short-circuit rotor. The hoist motor a drives the winch drum b and is equipped with the brake c. This is actuated by the hydraulic cylinder d, the pressure of which counteracts the closing pressure of the springs f.
The brake is controlled via the slide e and the two pressure gates g or h, which in turn are operated by means of the cock. i can be controlled manually. The. Pressure oil is pumped from the container 3 by the centrifugal pump provided with a light metal impeller, which is driven by the motor. This is fed via the contactor o from the three-phase network n, to which the lifting motor a is also connected.
The excitation coil de contactor o can either via the con tact disc p and the changeover contacts u, v or via the contact disc q and the push button switch s receive power from the mains n; v is a limit switch limiting the upward stroke. The control shaft r can be rotated from the middle rest position by means of the rocker arm f into the raised or lowered position.
The operation of the new device is as follows: By turning the control shaft r in the lifting or lowering direction, the contactor o and thus the pump motor n2 is switched on via the contact disc p, but at the same time also the cock i in the pressure oil line to raise or lower rearranged. This is practically in the same instant. Pressure oil contactor g for lifting or. lt switched on for lowering and thereby the lifting motor a is connected to the network 7a.
Only when this has happened is the oil flow to the pressure cylinder d of the shoe brake c opened and thus the brake is released against the pressure of the springs f, because the oil flow to the cylinder d is from the complete stroke of the pressure piston of the contactor g < / I> resp. h dependent.
So that the pressure oil flow to the brake is controlled in the same way from both contactors, the slide e automatically closes the oil flow from the non-working contactor.
The winch is stopped by turning the control shaft r into the middle position, whereby the contactor o switches off the pump motor m and the pressure oil contactor g or. h drops. This disconnects the lifting motor a from the network n and the brake is brought into motion by the fact that the pressurized oil in cylinder d escapes through the outlet on the gate cylinder.
In the event of any overdoing, the limit switch v is turned out of its middle position, in which it bridges all three contacts and therefore keeps the circuit of the contactor closed, regardless of the direction in which the converter is moved, and in the opposite direction like the switch u. This interrupts the excitation circuit of the contactor o, switches off the pump motor m,
brought the brake c to apply and practically at the same time the lifting motor a stopped in the above-mentioned manner. The lift motor can then only be put into operation again in the opposite sense, i.e. H. if the control switch u is designed according to that Ste'lile after which the limit switch v was changed.
To in exceptional cases, e.g. B. at thickening of the pressure oil by long or particularly severe frost to put the winch in an operational state, you can run in the zero position of the control shaft r by pressing the push button s the pump motor m alone, whereby the O1 due to internal fluid friction is quickly brought up to temperature and operational.
In the operating positions of the control shaft r, the push-button switch s is made ineffective by the contact disc q.
The lubrication lines required can be connected to the oil pump to lubricate the gear unit.
The motor pump j k m is expediently assembled directly with the winch a b c, so that Ida's entire hoist forms a single unit.
The design of the pump as a centrifugal pump has two excellent advantages. The first is that after the pump has started, the liquid pressure is practically instantaneously available.
The second advantage is that the idle running pump does not increase the fluid pressure, but rather the idle work in vortex young or. Heat is converted.
