Description
Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Profilrändern an Blechen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur stufenweisen Herstellung von Profil rändern an Blechen, insbesondere solchen mit gekrümmt verlaufenden Formen, mittels Formwalzen, die über zweiteilige, das Blech zwischen .sich festhaltende Schablonen laufen, während diese über den Formwalzen gegen über angeordnete Stützwalzen hinweggeführt werden. Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind die Formwalzen für die ein zelnen Arbeitsstufen gleichachsig auf einer gemeinsamen Welle angeordnet.
Gemäss der Erfindung sind dagegen die Formwalzen für die einzelnen Arbeitsstufen am Rande einer kreisförmigen Scheibe ge lagert. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Werk stück viel schneller als bisher hergestellt wer den kann, da das Drehen der die einzelnen Walzen tragenden Scheibe schnell vonstatten gehen kann und, ein Umspannen des Werk stückes für die folgende Arbeitsstufe in Fort fall kommt. Die Vorrichtung kann auch kleinere Abmessungen in der Tiefe haben, da die Anordnung der Formwalzen auf der kreisförmigen Scheibe viel weniger Platz ein nimmt als die bisherige Ausführung. Durch den Fortfall der die Walzen tragenden, ver hältnismässig langen Welle wird auch die Unfallgefahr vermindert.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar gestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Scheibe 1, auf der Formwalzen 2 am Rand auf zapfen artigen Vorsprüngen ä drehbar gelagert sind. Die Form der Walzen 2 ist, auf den Quer schnitt bezogen, so gewählt, dass jede einzelne Walze eine fortschreitende Arbeitsstufe be stimmt, welche immer mehr der gewünschten Fertigform des zu bearbeitenden Blechteils gleichkommt.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt die ganze Vorrichtung schematisch teilweise im Schnitt. Die Scheibe 1 ist um die Achse 4 drehbar angeordnet und kann mit einer Feststellvorrichtung 5 in be stimmten Lagen festgehalten werden, so dass immer die dem notwendigen Arbeitsgang ent- sprechende Walze zum Einsatz kommt. Die zu bearbeitenden Bleche 6, 6' werden zwi schen zwei Schablonenteilen 7 und 7', die aus Holz oder ähnlichem Werkstoff bestehen können, eingeklemmt und auf die Leitrolle 8 aufgesteckt. Diese ist auf der Welle 9 starr befestigt, während die Rolle 10 drehbar auf der feststehenden Achse 11 angebracht. ist.
Die Rolle 10 ist achsial in Pfeilrichtung ver schiebbar, damit die Bleche 6, 6' mit den Sehablonenteilen 7, 7' ein- und ausgespannt werden können. Durch die Rolle 10 werden die Werkstücke mit den Schablonenteilen ge führt.
Nach Ingangsetzung der Maschine werden die Formwalzen 2 durch ein Ilbersetzungs- getriebe 12, das auch die Welle 9 mit der Leitrolle 8 antreibt, in Umdrehung gesetzt. Es bleibt sich dabei gleichgültig, ob alle Formwalzen oder nur die zum Einsatz kom mende in Umlauf gebracht werden.
Die für den ersten Arbeitsgang zum Einsatz kom mende Formwalze wird mit der Scheibe 1 durch eine in Pfeilrichtung 13 wirkende, bereits an Sickenmaschinen bekannten Ver- stellvorrichtung 14 auf die Arbeitsbleche ss, 6' gedrückt und diese mit den Schablonen teilen 7, 7' entlang der Formwalze ? verscho ben, wodurch die zu bearbeitenden Bleche entsprechend verformt werden.
Sobald der Durchlauf beendigt ist, wird die Scheibe 1 auf die zweite Arbeitsstufe eingestellt und durch Umschaltung der Maschine auf Rizck- wärtsgang die Bleche zur weiteren Bearbei tung zurückgeführt und so fort, bis die ge wünschte Verformung erzielt ist. In der be- schriebenen Vorrichtung sind zwei Bleche 6, 6' vorhanden, an denen in einem Arbeitsgang spiegelgleiche Profilränder hergestellt -wer den. Dies ist natürlich nur für zwei Bleche mit einseitigem Profil möglich. Bleche, die ein symmetrisches Profil besitzen, können nur einzeln hergestellt werden.
Auf der kreisför migen Scheibe können weit mehr Walzen an geordnet werden, als dies bei. achsialer Neben einanderanordnung der Fall ist.

The device can also have smaller dimensions in depth, since the arrangement of the forming rollers on the circular disc takes up much less space than the previous design. By eliminating the relatively long shaft carrying the rollers, the risk of accidents is also reduced.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is provided, namely Fig. 1 shows a disc 1 on which the forming rollers 2 are rotatably mounted on the edge on pin-like projections ä. The shape of the rollers 2 is, based on the cross-section, selected so that each individual roller is a progressive work stage that is more and more equal to the desired finished shape of the sheet metal part to be processed.
Fig. 2 shows the entire device schematically partially in section. The disk 1 is arranged to be rotatable about the axis 4 and can be held in certain positions with a locking device 5 so that the roller corresponding to the required operation is always used.
