Description

  

      Anschlussstück    für Gummischläuche.    Der Anschluss von     Schläuchen    an feste  Rohrteile erfolgt bis anhin allgemein durch  Aufstülpen und Aufwehen des Schlauch  endstückes auf einen Stutzen des     Anschluss-          stückes.    Um die Abdichtung zu sichern,  wurde der Schlauch mittels Schnüren, Dräh  ten, Bändern oder     Briden    auf den im  Schlauchendstück liegenden     Anschlussstutzen          aufgepresst.    Um den Halt des Schlauches am       Anschlussstück    zu     sichern,    wurde der Man  tel des Stutzens mit ringförmigen Rillen,  Rippen usw. versehen.

   Die Erfahrung zeigte,  dass für hohe Beanspruchungen alle diese  Mittel den Ansprüchen nicht genügen.  



  Das     Anschlussstück    für Gummischläuche  gemäss vorliegender Erfindung gestattet nun  die Erzielung eines dichten Abschlusses da  durch, dass der in das Schlauchende     einführ-          bare        Stutzen    mit Gewinde versehen ist, und  dass auf dem     Anschlussstück    eine auf der  der     Stutzenaussenfläche    zugekehrten Seite  konische     Überwurfmutter    vorgesehen ist.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine  beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin-         dungsgegenstandes    dargestellt, und zwar in  einem     Agialschnitt.     



  Im     Endstück    1 eines Gummischlauches  ist der konische     Stutzen    2 eines     Anschluss-          stückes    3     eingeschraubt,    und zwar mit Hilfe  der Gewindegänge 4. Im Schlauch ist eine  Drahtschraube 5 eingelegt. Das Gewinde  auf dem Stutzen besitzt dieselbe Steigung  wie die Drahteinlage 5. Auf dem     Anschluss-          stück    3 ist eine     Überwurfmutter    6 aufge  schraubt. Letztere besitzt einen Ansatz 7,  dessen Innenfläche konisch ist und der das       Schlauchende    gegen den     Stutzen    presst. Die  Verbindung ist vollkommen dicht.

   Der  Schlauch kann nicht vom     Anschlussstück     weggerissen werden.  



  Die beschriebene     Ausführungsform    er  möglicht, mit einfachsten Mitteln eine sehr  gute Abdichtung zu erzielen. Der Stutzen  des     Anschlussstückes    kann dabei zylindrisch  oder konisch sein. In letzterem Falle können  die konischen Flächen des     Stutzens    und der       Überwurfmutter    parallel zueinander ver  laufen. Zahlreiche Versuche haben bewiesen,      dass der beschriebene     Ansehluss    unbedingt  dicht ist.

  The connector for rubber hoses according to the present invention now allows a tight seal to be achieved because the connector that can be inserted into the hose end is provided with a thread and that a conical union nut is provided on the connector on the side facing the connector outer surface.



  In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, specifically in an axial section.



  The conical stub 2 of a connection piece 3 is screwed into the end piece 1 of a rubber hose, specifically with the aid of the threads 4. A wire screw 5 is inserted into the hose. The thread on the socket has the same pitch as the wire insert 5. A union nut 6 is screwed onto the connection piece 3. The latter has a shoulder 7, the inner surface of which is conical and which presses the hose end against the nozzle. The connection is completely tight.

   The hose cannot be torn away from the connector.



  The embodiment described allows it to achieve a very good seal with the simplest means. The nozzle of the connection piece can be cylindrical or conical. In the latter case, the conical surfaces of the nozzle and the union nut can run parallel to each other ver. Numerous tests have proven that the connection described is absolutely tight.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Connection piece for rubber hoses, characterized by a threaded connector that can be inserted into the hose end and a conical union nut on the side facing the connector outer surface. SUB-CLAIMS 1. Connection piece according to claim, characterized in that the threaded connector is conical.

2. Connection piece according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the mutually facing surfaces of the threaded connector and union nut run parallel to one another. 3. Connection piece according to claim for rubber hoses with screw wire insert, characterized in that the thread on the nozzle has the same slope as the wire insert in the hose. 4. Connection piece according to claim, characterized in that the connecting piece is cylindrical.
