PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausführungsform im Schnitt;
Fig. 2 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform im Schnitt.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Pipe connector with plastic inner layer, characterized in that the plastic inner layer at the ends of the pipe connector in a widening (5, 12) of the inner tube (2, 3), which is barb-shaped (6, 13).
2. Pipe connector according to claim 1, characterized in that the end face of the plastic inner layer is designed as a sealing surface and is provided for example with all-round tooth-like approaches (9, 15).
The invention relates to a pipe connector with a plastic inner layer.
In order to make pipe connections corrosion-resistant, it is known to provide the pipe inner channel with a plastic coating.
It is also known to provide the inner pipe channel with a sintered plastic layer.
It has been found that the long-term behavior of the plastic inner layer is not always satisfactory; esp.
with large temperature differences and with aggressive materials, it is inevitable that the plastic layer tears open at the edges, for example in the case of T-shaped pipe connectors, and then curls up at the ends under the tension that occurs.
If the plastic layer is sintered on, then the inner diameter of the inner pipe channel is not the same everywhere. In addition, there is a risk that sintered particles will flake off, which is particularly dangerous if such a pipe connector is installed in brake lines, because the entire braking device can then become ineffective.
The invention has for its object to provide a pipe connector with a plastic inner layer, in which the type of fastening of the plastic inner layer is designed so that a rolling up of the plastic inner layer or another form of detachment is avoided with certainty.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the plastic inner layer lies at the ends of the pipe connection piece in a widening of the pipe inner channel, which is barb-shaped.
With this design, it is achieved that the plastic inner layer is always securely held on the inner tube of the pipe, even when there are large temperature differences, since in the event of stresses, the barbed design of the spread prevents the plastic layer from detaching. According to a further feature of the invention, the end face of the plastic inner layer can be designed as a sealing surface and, for this purpose, can be provided, for example, with all-round tooth-like projections.
If a pipe is inserted into the pipe connection piece and is usually screwed with a union nut, then the end face of the pipe used presses onto the sealing surface of the plastic inner layer and results in a tight connection.
Two exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing:
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in section;
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment in section.
With 1 the pipe connector is designated, which has the inner pipe channels 2 and 3 and is T-shaped overall. The inner pipe channel is provided with a plastic layer 4, which is located at the ends of the pipe connector in a widening 5, which is barb-shaped 6, which in the exemplary embodiment comes about in that the one support surface 7 extends at an angle to the pipe axis 7.
The end face 8 of the plastic inner layer lying opposite the supporting surface 7 of the plastic inner layer can be designed as a sealing surface and can be provided, for example, with a plurality of tooth-like projections 9 running all around.
If the connecting pipe 10 is inserted into the pipe connection piece, the end edge of the connecting pipe 10 presses on the tooth-like projections and results in a secure seal.
A somewhat different embodiment is shown in FIG.
There, the tube inner channel 11 is also provided with a widening 12 in which the plastic inner layer lies.
The spread is also barb-shaped 13 here. On one side of the pipe connection piece, the design is such that the plastic layer extends over the entire width of the pipe inner channel, so that any connecting pipe to be attached is sealed over the entire width of the end face. The sealing surface 14 is also provided with tooth-like all-round lugs 15.
