Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gemisches von Natriumsalzen acylierter Aminomethansulfonsäuren. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ge misches von Natriumsalzen von durch einen Sulfonsäurerest acylierten Aminomethansul- fonsäuren, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man Formaldehyd-Natriumbisulfit auf ein aliphatisches Sulfamidgemisch ein wirken lässt,
dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem Tridekansulfonamid entsprechen. Das Pro dukt ist in Wasser löslich und kann als Textilhilfsmittel verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 200 Teile eines aliphatischen Sulfamid- gemisches, dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem Tridekansulfonamid entsprechen, werden mit 162 Teilen Formalin (ä0 % ig) und 169 Tei len Natriumbisulfit, in Wasser gelöst, sie dend verrührt. Nach Beendigung der Um setzung, die an der leichten Wasserlöslich- keit des Umsetzungsproduktes erkannt wird, wird im Vakuum eingedampft und getrock net. Man erhält 420 Teile eines gelblich ge färbten, pulverförmigen Reaktionsproduktes.

<I> Example: </I> 200 parts of an aliphatic sulphamide mixture, the analytical values of which correspond approximately to the tridecanesulphonamide, are dissolved in water with 162 parts of formalin (0%) and 169 parts of sodium bisulphite and then stirred. When the reaction has ended, which is recognized by the fact that the reaction product is readily soluble in water, it is evaporated in vacuo and dried. 420 parts of a yellowish-colored, powdery reaction product are obtained.
