Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gemisches von     Natriumsalzen        acylierter          Aminomethansulfonsäuren.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ge  misches von     Natriumsalzen    von durch einen       Sulfonsäurerest        acylierten        Aminomethansul-          fonsäuren,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet  ist, dass man     Formaldehyd-Natriumbisulfit     auf ein     aliphatisches        Sulfamidgemisch    ein  wirken lässt,

   dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem       Tridekansulfonamid    entsprechen. Das Pro  dukt ist in Wasser löslich und kann als  Textilhilfsmittel verwendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  200 Teile eines     aliphatischen        Sulfamid-          gemisches,    dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem       Tridekansulfonamid    entsprechen, werden mit  162 Teilen Formalin     (ä0    %     ig)    und 169 Tei  len     Natriumbisulfit,    in Wasser gelöst, sie  dend verrührt. Nach Beendigung der Um  setzung, die an der leichten Wasserlöslich-         keit    des Umsetzungsproduktes erkannt wird,  wird im Vakuum eingedampft und getrock  net. Man erhält 420 Teile     eines    gelblich ge  färbten, pulverförmigen Reaktionsproduktes.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ge misches von Natriumsalzen von durch einen Sulfonsäurerest acylierten Aminomethansul- fonsäuren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Formaldehyd-Natriumbisulfit auf ein alipha- tisches Sulfamidgemisch einwirken lässt, dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem Tridekan- sulfonamid entsprechen.
