Description
Elektrischer Ritzelanlasser an Brennkraftmotor. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elektri- sche Ritzelanlasser an Brennkraftmotoren, bei welchen Anlassern das Ritzel mittels eines Hebels verschoben werden kann, der aus dem den Ritzeltrieb umgebenden Ge häuseteil herausragt und von einer Schutz kappe überdeckt ist. Durch die Erfindung soll eine Verbilligung des Gehäuseteils mit der Schutzkappe erreicht werden.
Zu diesem Zweck besteht erfindungsgemäss der Gehäuse teil und die Kappe aus einem einzigen Stück.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Teil; des Anlassers im Längs schnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-1 der Fig. 1.
Mit a ist der die Feldpole tragende Teil des Anlassergehäuses bezeichnet, in dem der Anker b des Anlassers umläuft. Die den Anker tragende Welle c ist nahe bei dem Anker mit einem Gewinde d versehen, wäh rend der übrige Teil der Welle bis, zum Encle glatt ist. Auf dem Gewindeteil sitzt eine Schraubenhülse e, :
die mit dem auf dem glat ten Wellenteil verschiebbar angeordneten Ritzel f durch eine Rodlenfreilaufkupplung g verbunden ist. Auf der Hülse ist eine zwei teilige Muffe li aufgeschoben, die in ihrer Lage von zwei Federn<I>i</I> und<I>k</I> gehalten wird, die zwischen der Muffe und der Freilauf - kupplung einerseits und der Muffe und einem am innern Ende der Hülse angebrachten Ab stützbund m liegen. In die Muffe greift ein Gabelhebel n ein., mit dem die Hülse und das Ritzel verschoben werden können.
Der Hebel ist in einem an dem Gehäuseteil a befestigten Flanschenstück o mittels eines Zapfens p schwenkbar gelagert. Das Flansch stück weist einen kappenförmigen Ansatz q auf, von dem der aus, dem Flanschteil heraus ragende Hebelarm r umschlossen ist. Der Flanschteil und der kappenförmige Ansatz bilden ein einziges gegossenes Werksdick. An dem Ansatz ist ein Hubmagnet s ange baut, durch den der Hebel bewegt werden kann.
Der Flanschteil weist zwei mit vor springenden Lappen versehene Flansche t und u auf, mit denen einerseits der Flansch teil am Gehäuseteil a und der ganze Anlas ser am Motorgehäuse v befestigt ist. Die Lap pen der beiden Flansche sind in der Umfangs richtung gegeneinander versetzt.

The part of the starter housing which carries the field poles and in which the armature b of the starter rotates is denoted by a. The shaft c carrying the armature is provided with a thread d near the armature, while the rest of the shaft is smooth up to the encle. A screw sleeve e sits on the threaded part:
which is connected to the pinion f, which is slidably arranged on the smooth shaft part, by means of a freewheel clutch g. A two-part sleeve li is pushed onto the sleeve, which is held in its position by two springs <I> i </I> and <I> k </I>, which are inserted between the sleeve and the overrunning clutch on the one hand and the Sleeve and a support collar attached to the inner end of the sleeve. A fork lever n engages in the sleeve, with which the sleeve and the pinion can be moved.
The lever is pivotably mounted in a flange piece o fastened to the housing part a by means of a pin p. The flange part and the cap-shaped extension form a single cast factory thickness. A lifting magnet s is built on the approach through which the lever can be moved.
