Device combined with a stirrer for introducing air in finely divided form into cream, egg white or the like. Devices that have become known so far, by means of which air is introduced into cream, egg white or the like in finely divided form and which are provided with a stirrer, are closed Complicated and too expensive to be used in small businesses, as well as in manorial kitchens and larger buildings.
The present invention relates to a device of this type which, thanks to its relatively simple construction, enables lower acquisition costs and thus increased use in small businesses and households.
The invention relates to a device combined with a stirrer to bring air in finely divided form in cream, egg white or the like. In which the air-introducing Vendlator is in motion with a water turbine.
The agitator is advantageously driven in front of an additional turbine independently of the fan. An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
1 shows the device half in full axial section and the other half in partial axial section, and.
FIG. 2 is a horizontal section through the device along line I-I in FIG. 1.
The device shown has a ring-shaped housing 4 which is used to hold two turbine wheels 1 and 2 and the fan 3 and is open at the top and bottom and provided with feet 5. A ring 6 is fitted and screwed onto the upper edge of the housing 4 and has a snug fit 7 on which an upwardly widened vessel 8 is placed, the bottom of which is formed by a fine wire screen 9.
The ring 6 has an upper bearing 11 for the turbine shaft 12, carried by means of spokes 40, while a bottom 14 screwed onto the underside of the housing 4 and provided with openings 13 carries the lower bearing 15 for the turbine shaft 12. Immediately above the lower bearing 15, the turbine wheel 1 is wedged onto the turbine shaft 12, against the blades of which a free jet nozzle 16 inserted in the wall of the housing 4 is directed. Directly above the turbine wheel 1 a wheel body 17 is loosely rotatably mounted on the turbine shaft 12, which carries a blade ring forming the turbine wheel 2 and a blade ring forming the fan 3.
The turbine blade ring 2, against which a free jet nozzle 18, which is also placed in the wall of the housing 4, is directed, has a much smaller diameter than the turbine wheel 1. Below the fan blade ring 3, openings 19 are provided in the housing wall 4, into which air Access shafts 20 are used, which prevent the water thrown off by the turbines from getting into the fan air flow and being carried away.
A cambered discharge cover 21 formed between the spokes 10 of the ring 6 allows any drops penetrating through the sieve 9 to be discharged over the wheel body 17 towards the turbine blades 3. The inner wall of the shafts 19 engages riding game in an annular groove 22 provided on the underside of Radkör pers 17 and directs the water thrown off by the turbines downwards. Air is sucked through the openings 19 and shafts 20 by the fan, driven against the sieve bottom 9 and introduced through this in finely divided form into the contents of the vessel 8.
While the wheel body 17, which is driven by the turbine 2 and carries the fan blades, is driven with a much higher number of revolutions than the latter, regardless of the rotation of the turbine shaft 12, the turbine shaft 12 receives its drive in a moderate number of revolutions by the turbine wheel 1 firmly connected to it The upper end of the turbine shaft 12 protruding from the bearing 11 passes through the center of the wire sieve 9 and is provided with a thread 23 or a square so that a stirrer 24 can be easily detachably fastened to this end.
The free jet nozzles 16 and 18 have a common water connection nozzle 25, which can be connected to each line by means of a hose.
For the purpose of putting the device described into operation, it is connected to the existing water pipe by means of a hose and cream or egg white to be processed is then introduced into the vessel 8. The device is put into operation by opening the water supply tap. By means of the agitator 24, the air driven in through the sieve 9 in finely divided form is incorporated into the content to be processed, so that the content is given the desired texture in a very short time. After removing the mixer 24, the vessel 8 can be lifted off the housing 4 and the contents emptied. The inside of the housing 4 is cleaned by simply rinsing it under the water jet of the water tap.
