Drive pre-drive, in particular for agitators from ICüebenmasebinen butter machines for denguchengebraueh are known in which the drive is carried out by a water turbine, which is operated by connection to the domestic water pipe. In these, the turbine wheel is mounted in a housing and the water jet is directed onto the blades.
In the case of the known designs, the discharge through the turbine wheel is inhibited in the housing, whereby water can reach the agitator; Furthermore, the drive torque is adversely affected as a result of the blocked water drainage.
The subject of the present invention is a drive device, in particular for agitators of kitchen machines.
According to the invention, a drum-shaped turbine housing is fixed on a screw-on cover, the turbine wheel arranged in this being in the upper part.
In the drawing, an example embodiment is shown this subject of the invention. It shows: Fig. 1 the drive device in connec tion with a butter machine in the axial, section and F:,. 2 shows a horizontal section along line 1-I in FIG.
1 denotes a drum-shaped housing, which is closed at the top by a screwed-on cover 2. A shaft 4, on which a turbine wheel 5 is firmly seated, is mounted in a bearing 8 of the housing bottom. The turbine wheel 5 works in the upper half of the housing space, while the space in the lower half of the turbine housing is available for the water falling from the turbine wheel and discharged.
The water jet nozzle G, which opens tangentially in the upper half of the turbine housing, and the water discharge nozzle 7 which opens out in the lower half of the housing, have been cast in one piece into the housing 1. The nozzle 6 is connected to a water shark, e.g.
B. a kitchen fountain, connectable water supply hose 8 and the water drainage nozzle 7 with a water drainage hose 9 ver see. The turbine housing 1 is firmly mounted on a screw cap 10 of a stirred vessel 11. The lower end of the shaft 4 of the turbine wheel protrudes into the stirring vessel 11 and carries the stirring element 12.
The butter machine described above can be connected to the kitchen fountain by means of the hose 8. The machine is started by turning on the water tap. The water jet is deflected by the impact on: the turbine blades against the hub of the turbine wheel and downwards on it. The water thrown down by the turbine wheel has enough space in the lower half of the turbine housing for collection and division through the drainage nozzle 7.
The drive device described is suitable for kitchen machines with which stirring work is carried out. This is the case for whipping cream, stirring drinks, etc. usable.
In the drive device described, the ingress of water - to the agitator - is excluded, 4a the relatively large empty space under the turbine wheel ensures a good, uninhibited water drainage and prevents pressure in this. The water is therefore not made to look for a way out through the agitator bearings.
The drive device described can also, with, an agitator for the production of butter and for. Whipped cream or the like can be combined.
