Dispositif de vidange pour un tonneau. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de vidange pour un tonneau, ca ractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un tuyau de vidange en regard de l'orifice duquel un cla pet est adapté à pivotement, ce clapet étant relié, par l'intermédiaire de deux bielles for mant genouillère, à un étrier figé audit tuyau, l'articulation de ces bielles étant munie d'une tringle pour la manoeuvre dudit clapet.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe, et la fig. 2 en est une vue en- plan.
Le dispositif représenté, plus spécialement destiné à la vidange d'un tonneau à purin, comporte un tuyau 1 ayant une bride munie de trous 2 et par l'intermédiaire de laquelle il peut être fixé à ce tonneau. En regard de l'orifice 3 dudit tuyau est adapté, à pivote ment, un clapet 4 ; à celui-ci est fixé, per pendiculairement @et en son milieu, une vis 5 qui est reliée, par l'intermédiaire de deux bielles 6 et 7 formant genouillère, à un étrier 8 dont les extrémités 9 sont fixées au tuyau 1.
Les bielles 6 et 7 sont articulées au moyen d'un pivot commun 10 auquel est également pivotée une tringle 11 comman dant l'ouverture et la fermeture du clapet 4. Celui-ci est muni d'une oreille 12 pivotée à un axe 13 fixé à deux flasques 14 et 15 sou dés au tuyau 1.
Le clapet 4 possède une rainure annu laire 16 munie d'un joint 17, en caoutchouc par exemple, destiné à rendre étanche l'ob turation de l'orifice 3. La bielle 6, consti tuée à l'aide de deux barres 18 et 19, est en outre pivotée à un axe 20 solidaire de la vis 5 dont l'engagement dans le clapet 4 est en rapport avec la pression que l'on dé sire exercer sur celui-ci à l'aide de la trin gle 11.
Au sommet 23 de l'étrier 8 est égale ment adaptée uns vis 21 permettant de limi ter le mouvement de la bielle 7.
Le clapet 4 est maintenu en position de fermeture à l'aide de la tringle 11 exerçant une pression sur l'articulation commune des bielles 6 et 7, cette tringle 11 étant munie à cet effet d'un dispositif d'immobilisation non représenté.
Au tuyau 1 est soudé un tenon 22 per mettant de fixer une pelle, non représentée, destinée à l'épandage du purin.
Emptying device for a barrel. The present invention relates to an emptying device for a barrel, ca ractérisé in that it comprises a drain pipe opposite the orifice of which a pet valve is adapted to pivot, this valve being connected, via two connecting rods for mant toggle, to a stirrup fixed to said pipe, the articulation of these connecting rods being provided with a rod for operating said valve.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

The device shown, more especially intended for emptying a liquid manure barrel, comprises a pipe 1 having a flange provided with holes 2 and through which it can be fixed to this barrel. Opposite the orifice 3 of said pipe is adapted, to pivot, a valve 4; to the latter is fixed, per pendicular @and in its middle, a screw 5 which is connected, by means of two connecting rods 6 and 7 forming a toggle, to a bracket 8 whose ends 9 are fixed to the pipe 1.
The connecting rods 6 and 7 are articulated by means of a common pivot 10 which is also pivoted a rod 11 controlling the opening and closing of the valve 4. The latter is provided with a lug 12 pivoted to a pin 13 fixed. with two flanges 14 and 15 sou dice to the pipe 1.
The valve 4 has an annular groove 16 provided with a gasket 17, made of rubber for example, intended to seal off the orifice 3. The connecting rod 6, formed by means of two bars 18 and 19, is also pivoted to an axis 20 integral with the screw 5, the engagement of which in the valve 4 is in relation to the pressure which is desired to be exerted on the latter using the trin gle 11.
At the top 23 of the caliper 8 is also fitted a screw 21 making it possible to limit the movement of the connecting rod 7.
The valve 4 is held in the closed position by means of the rod 11 exerting pressure on the common articulation of the connecting rods 6 and 7, this rod 11 being provided for this purpose with an immobilizing device, not shown.
To the pipe 1 is welded a tenon 22 for fixing a shovel, not shown, intended for spreading the liquid manure.
