Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da,ss man diazotiertes 1-Nitro-2-amino-4-succinylamino- benzol mit 2-(4'-Methoxyphenylamino)-8- oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein leicht wasserlösliches, dunkles Pulver und färbt Wolle in tiefen Brauntönen von guter Wasch- und Bügelechtheit und sehr guter Schweiss- und Seewasserechtheit. <I>Beispiel:</I> 25,3 Teile 1- Nitro - 2 - amino - 4 - succinyl- aminobenzol, das durch Erhitzen von 2.4- Diamino-l-nitrobenzol mit Bernsteinsäure anhydrid auf 130 bis 140' C mit sehr guter Ausbeute erhalten wird, werden unter Zu satz von Natriumcarbonat gelöst.
Man gibt die nötige Menge Natriumnitrit hinzu und lä.sst die Lösung in ein Gemisch von Eis und fiberschüssiger Salzsäure laufen. Nach kur zem Rühren lässt man die nötigenfalls fil- trierte Diazolösung in eine mit überschüssi gem Natriumearbonat versetzte Lösung von 36 Teilen 2 - (4'- 3#lethoxyphenylamino) - 8 oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure laufen. Die Kupplung ist nach kurzer Zeit beendet.
Man neutralisiert und scheidet den Farbstoff durch Zugabe von galiumchlorid oder Koch salz ab.
