Description

  

  Schweissverbindung an Rohren.    Die Erfindung betrifft     eine        Schweissver-          bindung    an Rohren,     insbesondere        Drucklei-          tungs.rohren.    Die Erfindung besteht darin,       dass        mindestens    eines der     zusammengefügten          Rohrenden    verjüngt     ist,    meinen     Raum    des  andern Rohrendes eingreift und dadurch die  Rohre     zentriert,

      und dass die Schweissfuge       ausserhalb    des verjüngten Rohrendes     angeord-          net        ist.    Das Ende des     verjüngten    Rohres     kann          gegenüber,der    Schweissfuge versetzt sein.  



       Ein        Ausführungsbeispiel    des     Erfindungs-          gegenstand-es    ,ist auf der Zeichnung schema  tsch     -dargestellt.     



  Die Rohre 1 und 2 einer Druckleitung  sind verformt. Während das Ende 3 ver  jüngt     ist,        weist        das.        andere        Rohrende        einen     Raum 4 auf, der durch     Drehen,    Walzen oder  Stauchen     hergestellt    sein kann. Das     Endei    3  des Rohres 1, passt in den Raum 4 des Roh  res 2, wodurch die Rohre 1 und 2 zentriert  werden. Die     ;Schweissnaht    5 ist ausserhalb des  verjüngten Rohrendes in der Fuge 6 an  geordnet.  



  Das verjüngte Ende 3 des Rohres 1     kann     gegenüber der Schweissnaht 5 in :der     Strö-          mungsriohtung    7 versetzt sein.    Die Rohrenden 3 und 4 können durch  spanabhebende Bearbeitung geformt sein.  



  Die     Schweissverbindung    kann beispiels  weise an Rohren von     Hoch;druckdampf-          erzeu    gern angewendet sein.

       An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the schematic diagram.



  The pipes 1 and 2 of a pressure line are deformed. While the end 3 is tapered, the other end of the pipe has a space 4 which can be made by turning, rolling or upsetting. The Endei 3 of the pipe 1 fits into the space 4 of the pipe res 2, whereby the pipes 1 and 2 are centered. The welding seam 5 is arranged outside the tapered pipe end in the joint 6.



  The tapered end 3 of the tube 1 can be offset in relation to the weld seam 5 in the flow direction 7. The pipe ends 3 and 4 can be formed by machining.



  The welded connection can be used, for example, on the pipes of high pressure steam generators.
