Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schweissverbindung von Rohren. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schweissverbindung von Rohren, insbesondere von Druckleitungsrohren z. B. für Hochdruckkessel, bei der die Rohr enden aneinandergeschweisst und durch einen Nippel gegen das Rohrinnere abgedeckt sind. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein Nippel Verwendung findet, der aussen einen zwischen die Rohrenden eingreifenden, eine andere als rechteckige Form aufweisenden Bund besitzt, so dass bei der Verschweissung der Rohrenden der Bund mitverschweisst und dadurch die Bildung von Hohlräumen am Grunde der Schweissnaht vermieden wird. Der Nippel kann beispielsweise einen zugespitzten oder einen nach aussen abgerundeten Bund aufweisen.
Ein Beispiel einer nach dem erfindungs gemässen Verfahren hergestellten Rohrverbin dung ist auf der Zeichnung schematisch dar gestellt, wobei auf der obern Seite der Achse die Schweissung noch nicht vollzogen, auf der untern Seite dagegen vollzogen ist.
Die Rohrenden 1 und 2, z. B. einer Druck leitung für Hochdruckdampferzeuger, werdet durch einen Nippel 3 vereinigt. Der Nippel 3 besitzt einen zugespitzten Bund 4. Der Bund 4 könnte aber auch abgerundet sein. Dieser Bund ermöglicht eine bessere Verschweissung des Nippels mit den Rohrenden 1 und 2. Durch diese Verschweissung wird eine Bildung von Hohlräumen am Grunde der Schweissnaht vermieden, so dass die Dichtheit der Rohre gewährleistet ist.
Process for producing a welded connection between pipes. The invention relates to a method for producing a welded joint of pipes, in particular pressure line pipes z. B. for high-pressure boilers in which the pipe ends are welded together and covered by a nipple against the inside of the pipe. The invention consists in the use of a nipple which on the outside has a collar that engages between the pipe ends and has a shape other than rectangular, so that the collar is also welded when the pipe ends are welded and the formation of cavities at the bottom of the weld seam is avoided . The nipple can, for example, have a pointed collar or a collar that is rounded towards the outside.
An example of a pipe connection produced according to the fiction, according to the method is shown schematically in the drawing, with the welding not yet completed on the upper side of the axis, while it has been completed on the lower side.
The pipe ends 1 and 2, for. B. a pressure line for high pressure steam generator, are united by a nipple 3. The nipple 3 has a pointed collar 4. The collar 4 could also be rounded. This collar enables better welding of the nipple to the pipe ends 1 and 2. This welding prevents the formation of cavities at the bottom of the weld seam, so that the pipes are sealed.
